Excellent customer service and not long waiting. They didn't have any coffee which I had to go across to purchase. I think they should have gone over what the technician recommended for my auto.

Been coming to Caliber Auto Center oil changes, state inspections, and regular car maintenance for a little bit over a year now. I’ve been very happy with the services. Staff is friendly, explain in details any services need to be done. They are upfront with prices which I deem reasonable. The facility is clean, lobby is comfortable and beverages are readily available. I love their uber service. I’ve only used it once but it was very convenient so i didn’t have to miss another appointment while i waited for my car to finish repairs. Will continue to bring my car here in the future.

Second time bringing my Z here for an oil change , amazing staff and technicians got my oil change done quick and they also notified me I need a new battery and they did not charge any fee for that diagnostic. ?

I’ve been going here for over a year now. AMANDA is an awsome resourceful consultant. Jessica is also a good consultant. Everytime I bring my car in I get a diagnostic check to see what the problem is. They always find the problem and fix it. You can also drop your car off over night after hours and leave your keys in the lock box and your car will be worked on 1st thing in the AM. They have good quality workers/technicians. I recommend this location 10/10.

Jessica and Amanda did an amazing job. My car battery was failing and thankfully I had it under warranty. I came in on a Tuesday the battery fine and they told me you know your battery is under warranty you can come back anytime if it does it again. I came back the next day, thankfully it failed and Jessica and I were both so excited to see that news that I can get it replaced. They did an amazing job, personal touch, amazing customer care. This is why I take my car to caliber for any issues that I have, the people there are so nice and caring they remember you, they try to cater to you anyway they can by offering discounts or free services. Please go to them.

I've been using Caliber to maintain and repair my cars for the past couple of years. These people are honest, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Amanda, who seems to coordinate all activity on your car, is all over it. I trust these people, and enjoy working with them.

Stopped to get the air in my tires checked. Was a waste of my time. Technician stated their pressure gauge was not working properly and that it was their third one that was broken. Knowing this, the technician proceeded to attempt to measure my tire pressure, resulting in bleeding the air from my tires vs filling them. I left and drove a half mile down the road to Firestone. Do not get your tires checked at the Missouri City, TX location.

Showed great patience with me because of the time taken to respond. Amanda displayed outstanding discipline while assisting me. Although Calaber Auto Care did not do the repair. I was treated very professionally.

Not to satisfied with the service. I took my car in for the vehicle inspection and after they charged me they stated the tint was too dark on the front two windows. The windows were up the entire time. They had to have known that prior to changing me the fee

Great service! Ubered me to and from my house. I didn't have to worrying about leaving there with more problems then I came with. Friendly and supportive staff. Pricing was competitive. Peace of mind invaluable.
