“Yesterday evening after work, I visited my local Lowe's home improvement store. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted, not because employees were ignoring me. There are just not a lot of employees present. . The store is very clean and well organized . I made my way over to the window covering aisle, where I proceeded to try to find some 2 inch blinds to replace some that are broken. I found that the selection is great, and they had many ready to cut options, but none were in the size i needed for my windows. I sought out the nearest employee to assist me. I went to the front of the store to the registers and asked for help. No one came for about 2 minutes,no problem, but then I got assistance from Ryan who is one of the managers. Ryan was super patient and knowledgeable. He made sure to measure my old blinds and he even gave me two different estimates as I was trying to save a few dollars on my special order. The whole interaction took about 30 minutes and to my pleasure I'll be getting my new blinds in about 10 days. In the end, I was very happy with my purchase and I received great customer service from Ryan and I left Lowes a happy customer. Shoutout to Ryan! Problem Solved!”

“These guys have better pricing than other places in town. Their service is great, but they are there to service the person who knows what they want. Don't expect to go in there trying to get someone to tell you how to purchase your metal. If you don't know what you want for your project research and find out before you go to buy. And dont go in there trying to get them to cut 4x8 sheets of metal for you. The people who buy from them have their own equipment to do that. So if you don't own a saw or grinder to cut metal, you shouldn't be buying metal from them.
