My IPhone 11 wasn’t holding a charge due to problems with the battery port. My dealer at Boost at 1735 Texas Parkway showed me the new IPhone 15 Pro . The IPhone 15s have an excellent promotion financing arrangement. I did the strech and got the 15.The dealer did the transfer of all my Apps and 20k+ photos from around the world. Everything was ready in 30 minutes. This 15Pro with 3 camera lens is outstanding. The sound is excellent. Compeets with Samsung. The size of this phone is perfect . The Store at 1735 Texas Parkway is great with follow up questions. Boat Family plans are straightforward and priced better than competitors for truly Unlimited Service .

The man that works as sales associate in this store is a liar and con. I came in with very specific interests and he assured me that what I was purchasing would meet my needs and was the cheapest plan available. I just find out that my bill is had double what I originally asked for and the phone he sold me was at a discounted price that is prohibiting me from changing my plan. This man does horrible business. The service is great but bc I was lied to and manipulated I will not be going back I will be throwing this phone away and cancelling anything with them as well as calling corporate. You can not lie to customers to make a sale.

This review isn't primarily directed at this particular boost mobile store but to Boost Mobile the company for bad customer service.I went to this store to try to activate my phone but they was trying to charge me which I didnt understand especially since i paid for that already online.Boost mobile has to step it up with their customer service. I purchased this phone they have on a promotional sale Samsung A23 5G phone 2 weeks ago and have yet to be able to activate it. First they were having issues porting my number from my previous carrier, which wasnt their fault Yet they told me they would send me another Sim card for a new number since I couldn't port my old one over. Yet when the Sim card came they still couldn't activate it because they said it was still attached to the number I couldn't port over. Now they are telling me they have to cancel my account and send me a 3rd Sim card to generate a new number but when I went online they never canceled my account so i could get another number instead of porting my old one.This really frustrates me because I have a business and need access to a cellphone and they have no sense of urgency about fixing this ordeal.
