I absolutely hate this bank. They have the worst practices. You have to have a phone to check in to see someone. Bankers aren't allowed to touch cash or deposit so you have to deal with multiple ppl. Even the manager said he wasn't allowed to touch money. Make it make sense. BBVA was bought out by them and this isn't my primary account but I'm not sure how anyone deals with them.

Only 1 teller for inside and drive thru. Ridiculous!! And everyone working at the bank is slow and unconcerned regarding customers. This is the worst branch!! And I've complained before and nothing is done. I like the bank otherwise.

I try to use the PNC app whenever I can, but for certain things (like name changes), you have to physically go into a branch. I'm always treated with great customer service when I need to go into this location, and I'm always leaving feeling taken care of and actually listened to. You can make an appointment if you need to see one of the bankers, and their system is very easy to use (all on a smartphone). Theresa is one of the nicest employees I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, and you will definitely be in good hands if she's helping you! Shah is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and I will continue to go to this location for my personal and business checking needs!

The teller is always nice, but slow!! There should be at least two tellers. Not one doing drive thru and inside. It takes to long to make a deposit or get change. If I didn't have to use this bank for work, I would never bank here!

Use another bank!!! Lack of communication skills. All I wanted to accomplish is to deposit a large check and get a PNC card (they have bought out BBVA). Theresa was not listening to my needs but asked me every question in the book of life! I left after finally depositing the check - took forever. And never recieved a replacement card because "the computers went down". What a joke?! Will be ending my banking with this unprofessional bank asap.

The tellers at this branch Erica & Theresa are awesome. However, the branch manager Ali and his financial sales advisor treats people like trash, they no doubt need a lot of customer service training. Of all the BBVA branches I have had encounter with in the three years that I have been banking with Bbva, I have had the worst banking experience with this duo. Unfortunately my business account is domiciled with this location, consequently I am often referred to them when I need certain documentation like direct deposit letter, account reference letter etc. Ali acts too busy, will never answer your call, will always ask other staff to answer get your info with a promise to call back which never happens. When he does agree to take the call, puts you on hold forever with no apologies. If you ever get to go in to see him, the stench of cigarette is obviously strongly perceived. Sugarland branch is 5 mins from this location, they are way much better when it comes to customer service.

Worst customer service by Lidia this morning after waiting about 15 minutes to withdraw she came to the window with a horrible attitude as I tried to speak she told me “I told you to hold” I was trying to tell her the other lady had already got my information but I didn’t have my acct number since I’m a new customer (rethinking if I even want to be a customer) I then walked into the branch because this was all at the drive through she then acted like she wasn’t rude and told me that wasn’t her. I will be contacting the branch manager. DONT COME TO THIS BRANCH!

The new management here at this location under Ali Sheikh has really changed my views. I love this bank now and I really like the staff. The whole staff is very efficient and always fast in there service and welcoming. Always recommend this location to all BBVA customers.
