“I try to use the PNC app whenever I can, but for certain things (like name changes), you have to physically go into a branch. I'm always treated with great customer service when I need to go into this location, and I'm always leaving feeling taken care of and actually listened to. You can make an appointment if you need to see one of the bankers, and their system is very easy to use (all on a smartphone). Theresa is one of the nicest employees I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, and you will definitely be in good hands if she's helping you! Shah is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and I will continue to go to this location for my personal and business checking needs!”
