I came in early morning to cash my check, it took 25 minutes. There was only one staff member taking care of 8. This was around 10:00 am, which there was no one greeting at the entrance like all the other Banks. A staff member had to grab someone else from the back, at this point the service is not attentive to the guests. Good job on the person behind the glass taking care of all the guests.

Beware that the customer service here is horrible! They'll have customer waiting with employees just sitting around.

This place is too open,not enough privacy to have transactions done the space between the teller and the next person in line is definitely not enough for space for privacy.i keep on giving this bank many opportunities but I will after today just stop ,and pretend like this bank was never opened.

Happy Friday!I normally don't post negative experiences, but today thanks to Bank of America I am. I have been a customer for over 18+ years. I am very disappointed on how you are handling a fraudulent online charge. The reason provided is unsatisfactory and research was not conducted. I know how fraud and dispute claims work. I have worked in these departments with previous employers. I am writing letters and posting on my social media platforms to share. When you work in the payment services industry like I do, you know there a better customer experience with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction.

Horrible branch! I can’t count the number of times that I’ve come here and their ATM is not working! It happens so much, we may as well say that they don’t have ATMs! And it sucks because there aren’t enough B of A’s to service Missouri City and Sugarland to begin with!

I have literally been in line for 26 minutes. This is a very small bank. There were two people in front of me. This is awful customer service. There are spaces for 4 tellers but there is only one. I'm sure the manager could have helped out. I will never use this location again. I'm now late for my appointment because i stopped for cash, for gas.

If I can give this branch a zero, i would. On multiple occassion I have stop in for service, may it be notary or withdrawal. This bank can't deliver!

This by far is the worst bank (service) in the history of banking. I’ve never stayed in a line for 1 hour to talk to one teller. They have 1 teller and no one seems to know how to work. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at any bank that’s saying a lot because I’ve come from some of the worst areas in America. ATMs have cash limit so anything over $1500 you have to speak to a teller.

Terrible place to bank with, went to make a payment and it took forever. They mess up my payment also. Many were in line for help and only one teller was at the counter. Managers are hiding behind and teller had to call twice for help.I closed all businesses with Bank of America.

There’s always ONE teller when the line is out the door. Unacceptable! The so called manager is always insisting to use the ATM rather than getting behind the counter to help minimize the line. DO BETTER MIGUEL GARCIA!

Worst bank ever. Long line only one cashier up there. If you want to spend your whole day waiting in a line go for it. If I could give it zero stars I would.
