I have never met a helpful and good banker like Fahad Hussain. He was extremely patient and thorough. Managed to help me when many other banks didn’t. His manager was really nice as well and I really liked the branch. I do not understand the low ratings- it seems people just want to find any excuse to give 1 stars. It’s really a good branch and bank overall. Highly recommend!

This is an ok Bank but the tellers spray the cash with the most awful knock off smelling perfume and I have to air out the cash once I get home with it. I know it is from the bank because it smells the same each time, I understand money is dirty and smelly but to add that perfume on top of it just compounds the issue and if you have allergies this makes it worse.

Don’t have a account in my name it’s in my mothers name tried to cash in savings bonds that we’re in my name wouldn’t let us because I need a account in my name for 2 years and then tried to cash in loose change the teller told us we would have to wrap the coins are self and bring them back to the bank. what a joke. Glad I don’t bank with Bank of America in Iowa

Supper slow people and services. I was here at 3:45pm and left at 5:15. 0 customers in bank, just are just walking around doing nothing. AVOID going to this branch. Close down this branch and save some money on useless labor costs.

They never ever answer the phone. Called 4 times this morning and the 1st at 9 when they open. Then you hold and then get disconnected. 0 for non existence of customer service and lack of human support.

Just terrible, every time I come here there is only 1 teller and a line out the door. I’ve only seen 2 people working here today and it’s unbelievably frustrating that there’s only 1 teller at noon on a Wednesday……

Long teller lines, only 1-2 tellers working, no drive-thru. Very outdated service. Im expecting the auto-response, but no actual adjustment on their behalf.
