What a great experience. Needed to change out a headlight. Went to the nearest auto zone and luckily i ended up with this new employee named Mario. This dude not only helped me find the light I needed but also installed it for me as well. I know that’s sometimes part of the deal with auto zone where they can help install certain parts, but it’s the way he did it with his professionalism and care that really stood out. Really good dude. Thank you

Shout out to Edgar! Excellent customer service at store# 480140. Needed a new battery and he took the time to make sure that I was buying the correct battery, checked to see if I was still under warranty, and changed it out for me. Polite and fast. Great experience at Autozone!

All stores are the same. Decent selection and most is in stock today. However, they are horribly overpriced. If you can wait a day or 2, most parts are available on Amazon. Or , if you have to order from Autozone, order online ( it's cheaper and feee delivery).

Management must have changed since I was last here. Nice turnaround either way. Greeted immediately. Got my battery tested within minutes. Asked if I was being helped by two other people. Battery replaced minutes later by a young man & young lady. (Early - mid twenties). Very good experience. 4/29/24. 1pm hour.

Having worked 12 hour shifts over weekends, in a nearby ER, it was a pleasant surprise to come across Bryce after having trouble with my battery. He was very helpful in assisting me with my needs and replacing a failing battery. I wish everyone went out of their way to make a difference like he did. That is something that seems to be a rarity in the age we live. Many thanks Bryce! You are appreciated!

There should be minimum qualifications to work at auto parts store. If you can't provide year make and model for the warm body to enter into the computer they are of no help. I went in needing 3/8 rubber hose sold by the foot. And the fella at the counter was clueless. I eventually asked to go get the hose myself. They just hire anyone who will apply. Seems that's the norm these days.

Came in Sunday morning at 10;00am to have my battery charged and was expecting them to charge the battery with no problems.while I was waiting in line I saw one of the coworkers on there phone playing games with the ps4 controller.? another coworker called me up so he can help me out. I told I need my battery to be charged,They told me it’ll be ready about 2 hours, came by around 2:00pm-3:00pm to get my battery. The same guy that attended me in the morning had told this “ oh the printer that we used to put on the batteries don’t work and for me to come to the back where y'all charge the batteries”. So NO labels on the batteries what so ever. That means anyone could’ve gotten my battery or someone else’s without them knowing if it’s actually the customers battery or not. Okay came back home and took the battery to my s10, as soon as I connected it to my truck. NO POWER WHATS SO EVER. I made sure it wasn’t the cables nor the starter wasn’t messed up. On my jumper cables it can read the amount of voltage the battery has. IT HAD 3.41 volts! To be extra sure it wasn’t the battery because I took it to AutoZone to have the battery CHARGED, got my multimeter to measure the amount of voltage the battery has and it ALSO READS 3.41 VOLTS . so I had to make my way back to AutoZone and told them what happened. They told me that “oh it’s a bad battery (bought the battery around 5-6 months ago)”. They were trying to use the warranty to switch it out for another battery.Luckily for me they didn’t have it in stock( even though in yalls system it said it had one in stock). So I simply told them to just charge the battery and give me the ticket for it.at that point I was so frustrated about the situation. Came back today to get my battery, once I’ve gotten my battery I told the guy that was attending me to do a battery test and EVEN SHOWED ME THE SCREEN THAT THE BATTERY HEALTH IS GOOD AND it has 100% charged.I’m just so confused about what just happened with this situation. If only they would have charged the battery in the first place none of it would’ve happened ?.
