I just bought a battery On 1/31 at 8am. They told me they couldn’t change it. I know it’s free of charge with a purchase of a battery. I called another two autozones and they were really rude about doing the work for another store that should have done it. This is just sad.

Went in for windshield wipers, didn't have to look because the guy working asked me directly, and looked the right sizes up. I didn't even know they did free installation, so that made it quick and easy for me.

I went to the store to get my battery charged. The lady told me that they were full and that it would take 3 hours to ge able to charge my battery. I’m a 62 year old man who has been in and out of all the auto parts stores. I definitely know that it doesn’t take 3 hours to charge a battery and much less however many they had charging.That lady is a liar or a racist. I’m a Mexican and she is a black woman.I’m sorry to say it, but something was wrong or is wrong in this store.
