“Mr. Sam Jowkari & Cross were a pleasure to work with ! Both are emtremely professional & patient and the shop is very clean & comfortable... Unfortionately the Interlock device was somthing that my lungs could not produce enough air to work in my case but they were very understanding and worked with me a very long time teaching me.....however I was not successful at no fault of theirs... I will need an alternative and my Attorney will help me with that. But the two of them made me feel at ease because I was very upset to say the least .... Since i didn't know how to get my car home.... They calmed me down and I appreciate their compassion, I have never been in this situation in my 60 years so having their compassion and support was more than Im could express. I would highly reccomend this shop, you will get their expertise in this field and compassion which speaks volumes .... Also they are TRUSTWORTHY and that's not so easy to find these days.....”

“Good company, firstly you pay the washing price, i paid 14 usd for washing car and washing tyres too. Then car was washed in the machine not very fast not very slow, good time for washing. Then car was dried with blower motors. After that you can use vacuum and blower machine and towels and glass cleaner and leather cleaner, all of these are for free. And you clean your car and use machine under the tent. That is important because houston heat is extremely high. Thank you Mister Car Wash”
