Took my 2022 BMW in for a quick oil change- I usually take it to the dealer, but I’d rather bring it close and know it’s in good hands and I always feel the trust and confidence in getting what I need. I stopped in and was taken care of in a timely manner, alot quicker than the dealer, It’s hard to find honest auto shops and this one has made a customer for life! Thank you Matt for your honesty and integrity .

Bill and Matt are super nice and professional. I brought my husband car Mercedes-Benz Metris to their shop, they were discussing the issues right away! They are honest and knowgageable, they told me the process and expectations. It was very clear and no any hidden fee and I left the car without any worries. Also they went to far and beyond to try to find one part. We were very touched. My husband was hoping to sell it after repairing was done, now he wanted to keep it because with Bill and Matt as his team, he doesn't worry about his car repair now.

I came in to get my car alignment fixed. They ended up breaking my door lock. They told me they found the exact lock from Amazon and ordered it and they would fix it. They never did. Terrible owner. Don’t trust him with anything coming from him. Also what kind of employees does he have to end up breaking a door lock?

I had a disappointing experience with this auto repair shop for AC repair. Initially, they charged a $49 diagnostics fee, which seemed reasonable. However, after diagnosing the issue, they recommended topping off the Freon for an additional $300. Despite agreeing to the extra charge, the AC showed no improvement. Subsequently, they suggested driving for a day or two, but there was no noticeable difference. Feeling frustrated, I returned to the shop for another diagnostic, which resulted in a staggering repair estimate of $1700. At this point, any trust I had was completely lost. Overall, I spent $350 without any resolution to the AC issue, and the subsequent repair estimate only added to the disappointment.
