I received my replacement phone, but the Sim card didn't fit. I was told that I had to drive to an actual store to complete the process. I went to the Missouri City location and Gabby had me up in running in record time!

I have had two great visits with this store. The first visit was concerning my WiFi speed at home. Gabby helped me and advised me to not up my WiFi speed because in her opinion it was enough for all of the items I had pulling from it. She advised that I call AT&T to have a technician come out. Well I called and the issue was my router was from 2018. I received a new router and all is well at home. Then today I came in because my family alerted me that they would call me and it was going straight to voicemail. The issue ended being that when I was on the phone it would go to voicemail and not alert me that I had a missed call. My iPhone is only 2 weeks old and Gabby, Janet and Anthony figured it out within 10 minutes. I tried doing my open research online to fix it and came up short.

I just came home empty handed 2 weeks in the row from the store after waiting 30 minutes only to be told they don't have a phone ,nbelievable

Don’t go here!! First we waited for 20 min. Nobody says anything. Then a whole group of employees come from the back. Terrible customer service. They told us they had a phone, offered 3 colors then 3 employees disappeared for 30 min. We’re about to leave when one persons says they’ll go check. Finally some other person comes out and says they don’t have the phone. My impression, they’re doing something in the back that has nothing to do with work. Whole thing was sus. Don’t waste your time here!!

Walked in to upgrade my mom’s phone and the guy and young lady just looked at us. Very rude and dismissive. The reviews on this store have to be FAKE! We will never go there again. Horrible. I guess we were the wrong ETHNICITY!!

I tried to buy my phone online however I was told I had to go into the store and I'm glad I did because the customer service experience added extra value. The teamwork they displayed came across very natural. I thought I wouldn't be able to get the phone I wanted so I was about to leave I was offered another phone (which I appreciated because he didn't have to offer) through teamwork they came up with a way to help me get the phone I wanted? . Great people with appropriate and professional sense of humor. I also like that they offered products and services that could benefit me in the future and they weren't pushy. I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me get the most out of their service. Thank you!

Don’t go to this place. Worst experience ever. There was only one person on the floor. Went to Sienna instead and was immediately assited with the help of Mel & Tanner. Very satifised with my purchase from the Sienna location !

The lack of customer service and professionalism from the tall young African American guy was ridiculous. It was the worst service I had ever experienced in that store. Instead of 1 star which he deserves I did 2 bc the other workers there were very professional and charismatic with their customers. I left accomplishing nothing because he couldn’t be bothered with anything. He gave me no help besides just asking for my phone number and being there. I ended up going to another AT&T and accomplished what I needed. The gentleman at the other location ordered my upgrade and even looked up promotions for me. I’ll just go to the sugar land town center location from now on.
