Straight up frauds. I got hooked into getting them by a sales men on the first day we moved it if I just searched up the company and saw the 1.8 reviews I would’ve stayed as far as possible. The Wi-Fi is good for the first month then slowly dies out. Oh you want to call a technician to check it out guess what it’s $80 fee that fee is waived if it’s there equipment which of course they’ll find a way to say it’s not. Of course the salesmen never mentioned that when signing you up. And you have to wait days until someone comes. Not other Wi-Fi company charges that for a tech to come. I go around new built homes in sienna and warning them to not fall victim to those Astound snake oil salesmens. Going to Xfinity is better.

THIS IS PROBABLY THE WORSE INTERNET/CABLE COMPANY EVER!! IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE, USE ANY OTHER PROVIDER, NOT ASTOUND/ENTOUCH OR WHATEVER THEY CALL THEMSELVES THESE DAYS.You can't ever get anyone on the phone, the internet may or may not work for no apparent reason!! If by some miracle you do get ahold of an actual person, they never have a clue what to do. What A Joke!! ASTOUND, THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS IN THIS DAY AND AGE! DO BETTER!!

Called to speak about an issue with my bill. Staff was immediately rude as soon as they picked up. The woman I spoke with was named Jade and she was clearly uneducated as to what their policies are, nor had any idea how autopay is supposed to work. She was supposed to be transferring me to a supervisor, and then came back and tried to answer my question herself. When I could tell she clearly wasn't understanding what I was trying to convey I told her I'm happy to wait for the supervisor to discuss this further... at which point she hung up on me. Literally HUNG UP on me! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I will be contacting their corporate office about this and filing a complaint with the BBB.

I was forced to get this internet as they or entouch when I signed on were the only services allowed in my neighborhood. The internet is constantly going down at least 8 times a day. They failed to meet my contract requirements by lowering bill by 15 dollars after 1 year. Astound took over said it wasn’t their promotion. I fear I am stuck until I move. Hopefully another provider has access to my neighborhood soon

Internet reliability is awful. The internet service will randomly disconnect throughout the day with no solutions presented by Entouch. The techs have all been helpful and friendly but have not resolved the disconnection issue. First tech had the lines to my service node replaced with no noticeable results. The second tech suggested I use an Entouch wireless router because Entouch will consider any internet issue from a non-rented router to be the fault. I rented a router and now pay a monthly premium while the problem continues. This is truly the worst internet provider I’ve ever experienced.

This is the worst internet company I have dealt with, they have the worst customer service and they have increased the price so much, I have called many times to question why they increase the price, nobody has the answer, all my neighbors have switched to other company, everyday my WIFI would stop working and called them and was told nothing was wrong, I bought new router as I was told something is wrong with the router, I changed router the wifi still does not work, I had enough will look for other better company to go with, just want to warn you that never get service from this company- the worst ever, if there is 0 score I would score them 0

I used "TiVo" with them and I was at their mercy on when they "let" me watch TV. Most of the time I turned on the TV and there will be no connection and every time I call they alway blame my equipment. Duh.... It's their Tivo box. Their internet was so lousy most of the time when I worked from home i had to use my iphone hotspot to connect my laptop. I paid Entouch/Astound for years for nothing! either no service at all or very lousy services. I am very happy with the Verizon 5G home internet connection now.Entouch/Astound, PLEASE STOP ROBBING THE CONSUMERS!!!

Pricing increased substantially on my monthly bill for both cable and internet, and that is when I found out the initial pricing I was signed up for was promotional only for a year. I was unaware and not alerted or informed of this, and the services provided are not worth the updated cost at all. I will be canceling my account as soon as I can find a replacement provider. Unacceptable.

Michael, in customer service, and their exceptional tech support is the only reason I give them 3 stars. If not for them, I would give them 1 star. We have been loyal customers for 19 years and their "rep", Santana, would not update my debit card via phone. She kept referring me to their online portal, which i explained did not recognize our acct number, which she verified. How was i going to update my card online when they claimed no acct had been created, in 19 years (right ???)!?! Why have an option from the automated system for updating your card by phone, if the rep refuses to do so? All I was trying to do was make a friggin payment! What is wrong with that obnoxious half-wit? I went back and listened to my call recording, and there should have been no confusion for her feeble mind to grasp... If not for Michael, whom readily and easily updated our new debit card on file, our bill would still be delinquent. Santana needs to get a clue and do her job! Stop being lazy and/or difficult!

Company has gone downhill since acquired by Astound. I’ve had a static IP for almost a decade with entouch. One day, internet goes down, they don’t know why, tech doesn’t know why…well, my external IP address was changed. turns out they don’t offer Static ip anymore. They didn’t notify me and my bill sure hasn’t changed. Going to have to reach out to Comcast now.

All I want is an email and password that will work to unlock my free HBO Max that I was promised for a year. I have called several times with no resolution. Also, I'm being charged for $60 for preferred +basic, and another $40 for preferred, what is that all about?

The absolute worst provider ever!! I can’t get out of it because this is the only Internet service provided where I live and it is appalling. Internet keeps cutting off and it is very frustrating when you are working from home. There seems to be no solution on hand or in the near future so sadly we are doomed to our fate. If I could give zero stars I would.

Drove here all the way from Richmond just see a sign saying they are on lunch until 3:30pm… who takes a 2 hour lunch and closes the office at this time? This place is a joke. Glad I canceled service with them.
