EXTREMELY Rude owner! I was sitting on a seat getting my eyebrows done when I saw her completely embarrass another customer for using a Groupon. She insulted her repeatedly and the poor customer even offered to pay her more and SHOWED her the amount of times she had purchased the Groupon previously. The owner kept going at it and wouldn’t back off. Absolutely unprofessional behavior! The customer quietly walked off after paying, I wouldn’t be surprised if she cried a little too after what I witnessed! This was not my first time there, nor will it be my last- in fact I’m a regular and I do get many treatments done there. I do hope though that the customer never gives business to this facility. Groupon buyer beware!

1st day of eyebrow threading class went great! We learned the basics of threading and will continue to learn as we go! The staff was friendly and patient with us.

I just completed my first day of my 2 day threading class! I am very pleased with the ladies who have taken the time to tech me this new skill. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who is wanting to learn threading facial hair. The best in Houston!

I recently started doing Brazilian blowouts once a quarter at Asma’s salon and I am loving it. I usually try to stay away from chemicals for my hair, because my hair has started thinning after kids and all - but so far so good, my hair is manageable after the treatment, and I save about 30mins a day on hair styling for work. The staff is great, super-friendly and owner is kind and I always get good customer service here - also they are quick if you have an appointment. I was referred by my friend who’s been going to asma salon since 10+ years and they have gained another loyal customer. Thank you !

Quality and customer service was poor. This was my third time there, I bought a Groupon for two eyebrow threading services, I received both services which was fine. I bought another one for two more services and when I went to show the Groupon the older lady snapped and said I couldn’t use my Groupon and I had to basically pay twice for a service I already paid for. She stated even though Groupon let you pay for the Groupon they wasn’t honoring because I bought one before, this should’ve been explained when the Groupon was used the first time. I had to coach the younger lady on how to thread my eyebrows and I never had to do that before. My eyebrows are to thin and uneven. I went on Groupon for a refund and can’t even get one.

I came to Asma about a month ago for a haircut and balayage. I had never gotten my hair colored before and I put my faith in Asma and she delivered. She knows her stuff and is a thorough professional with her recommendations. She has gained a lifetime client, will definitely keep going back to her periodically!

i got a balayage done by asma and her team, i was in absolute awe with the finished product. Asma definitely knows what she’s doing, she made sure my hair came out beautifully with minimal damage. A big thanks to asma and her team, will definitely be coming back here!

I have really enjoyed going to Asma beauty shop for my hair color ,conditioning and hair cut. The outcome of the service provided is excellent. Asma the owner and hair stylist , friendly and very talented aesthetician . She listens to her clients and advises them . She and her staff do an excellent job . I am glad that I found her. and will use her services regularly.

Don’t even bother with this place. How unprofessional they are is wild! Looking for a new stylist in the area I found a Groupon, I’ve tried to book four different times now and the make it impossible and the lady on the phone was just rude. It’s not surprising they turned off reviews for their social media cite.

Extremely Rude Owner with an attitude. Please never go to this place for eyebrow tinting. Using cheap dye that doesn't work. The color came off within 2 days. On top of that attitude of the owner is ridiculous specially after finding out I had bought a service through Groupon. It was my first and last time going there. Would also suggest others not to waste their time and money at this cheap place! 0 stars!!!

Asma is so kind! I came when they were wrapping up the day and loved talking to her and her daughter. I got a haircut and threading, both were great. My face is sensitive to threading and usually gets cut, Asma did a fantastic job and she’s very quick too.
