This Amazing Lash Studio needs to be investigated for fraud based on my experiences with the district manager. My daughter and I have memberships at another location and have never had any issues booking or being charged appropriately. This location has charged me non-membership pricing for services I’ve never received. The staff are so unprofessional and incompetent. Please do not waste your time or money with this location. The Sugarland location is located a few miles away and has better results.Service: Eyelash extensions

I have gone there twice and the prices are little more than I expected to be. The staff is very nice but I went there Wednesday and for 200+ dollars Im expecting my lashes to last me a little longer than three days, already one eye has had about half of them fall off and on my other eye, the inner corners have all fallen off so i only have my ends. The first time I loved my lashes so I went back a second time. I don’t think I will be going here again just cause it’s overpriced and the second time they almost all fell off after three days! For 200 and a 30 dollar tip, Im expecting them to last longer. I thought I was getting what I was paying for.Service: Eyelash extensions

Customer service was horrible. I came in and scheduled an appointment because I wanted to try individual lashes and my cousin had got lashes the Friday prior for $69. The girl at the counter Janise told me that the price was $89.99 minus $15 promotion which would come to $74. I was ok with that. She then proceeded to ask which set of lashes I wanted and showed me some choices on the desk. In turn I made a selection according to what she showed me. Upon finishing as I got back to the counter to check out,she told me I owed $174. I in turn asked why and she proceeded to say there was a master fee, upgraded lash fee and a full set fee. All of these hidden fees were added after the services were rendered. Never was any of these fees other than the $89.99 discussed. Then the assistant manager Madison came out said that she could not give me a number for someone higher to talk to and that the only person I could Spotify was someone named Danielle. No ma’am they have not heard the lady of this because they are deceitful and this is false advertisement. I ended up paying $119 for the lashes but still that wasn’t what I was quoted before the service was started. Then they have the nerve to ask for a tip. I DON’T THINK SO!Service: Eyelash extensions

Front desk is totally unprofessional and rude. The assistant manager quoted me the wrong price and after I paid and left, she called me and said I owe more money. There was no apology rather interrupted me with a rude "can I finish"! The policy was given to me after the charges were made on my card without my knowledge. The assistant manager's response to me about me having a bad day was "oh well Iam having a good day"! Glad that there are so many other places to get your lashes done!

I’ll start by saying I really want to give this studio 5 stars. The studio is beautiful, smells amazing, very clean, the staff are warm and friendly. I agree with a previous review that sometimes figuring out prices feels like algebra, but front desk staff members are so polite! I have been coming for a few months and love my lash tech. My only complaint is that I wish it were a more quiet environment to add to the relaxation of the service. Some staff members are very loud. Voices do carry/echo in the building. I was getting my service today, and nearly asleep when a staff member began talking so loudly down the hall to her client.It was loud laughs, loud voices, and I could hear full conversations for about 10 minutes straight. This does happen every time I go, but I just ignore it. Today, it was hard to ignore because of how relaxed I was, prior to this. After all the loud noise, I just couldn’t settle back down into a peaceful head space to patiently wait for my lashes to be completed. Beautification studios are normally quiet and serene. That’s my only complaint. Overall, it’s a great place!Service: Eyelash extensions

I have been coming here for at least a year. . My Lash tech Terreva is wonderful. First and foremost she is PROFESSIONAL and she listens to the type of style I want and always goes above and beyond. I am always getting compliments on my lashes and get told that they look so professional and I let them know that they need to request Terreva so that she could make their lashes beautiful. Loved visiting this Amazing Lash Studio, it is much cleaner than the other studios around me, and the front desk staff is always so nice. Arielle did an amazing job on my lashes, and they looked amazing for my families fall photos!
