Just now took a chance went in to get a latte. Once again not working and the young man says "yeah its down i dont know bout that 1". Wow!
(3wks ago)7eleven has invested in a good coffee machine that makes Lattes. Good latte. However this morning i purposely went to this store for a latte. It was down because the 2 attendants told me " we dont know how to put milk in the machine. Nobody trained us" Smh. Suppose ill just have to find another coffee spot.

for it to be in a good part of town, this gas station needs to step up its game. Feels like im pumping gas in bissonnet and beltway 8 instead of Lake Olympia. The inside is horrible as well its like they dont know what a broom or mop is, the floor is so dirty and the restrooms are horrible. Imagine the kitchen they have, I wouldn't eat from here if my life depends on it. gave it 1 star to write the review it deserves 0 stars, infact it deserves to be shut down and reopen with new management and workers.. maybe a new owner. I wouldn't let my business look so trashy unless I didn't care about it or care what people think. hence all this reviews and nothing has changed

I’ve given this place many opportunities thought it was just me, guess not. This place is ridiculous! There two cashiers but only one wants to work the other wants to sit in the back and just be talking her mouth off, all along people are waiting. It take good skill to ignoring people just staring you down. Taco stand inside eggs are over cooked to a crisp, maybe it’s cooked extremely early in the morning. Coffee machine is a hit or miss. When your business reviews in the 2 star range, it’s more of a management issue.

Bad experience, I came to the store and purchased some food and it was not up to par. I got some chicken wings and some eggroll chicken wings were old and the eggrolls. I had a very strong sour odor. I came and spoke with Ursula who is the manager of the 7-Eleven cooking area I guess and she was rude and she didn’t care about what I went through and was asking us if I was wasting . But the cashiers Niya and Julisa were the ones that took the time and was very attentive to my needs, and I appreciate that. The store has potential, but the cashier was speaking with the manager and he seemed like he was really gonna stay on top of it so I guess I’ll change that to a 4 star

Do better 7eleven!!!! There is never SOAP IN THE WOMENS RESTROOM!!!! IMAGINE THE LADIES HANDLING YOUR DISGUSTING FOOD IN THE TACO LAREDO SECTION? Disgusting. I bet they just wash their hands with just water. And they're never there. I dont eat the food anyways, its always trash. Just stop to use the facilities after my elementary run in the morning. I have to tell the cashier ladies there's no soap in the restroom all the time.
The guy that used to be there was on top of it. Poor guy, I know they took advantage of him. I hope he got a better, well paying job. He deserves it.

I wish there was a zero star option for rating. The fat lady who claimed to be the owner at night on July 4th refused to sell me a lighter and asking for my id (I am 28 btw) and I gave my id and she wanted me to confirm my address idk for what reason, and was very racist and when I asked her why, and she told me welcome to America. Worst gas station experience

I have been waiting for 45 minutes to pick up a customer's order and none of the clerks care about my wait, apparently they are either high or don't feel like working. Very bad attention to the public. I don't recommend this place to anyone. In the end I left because they couldn't find the product even though they said they had it in stock.

The worst waste of time building this convenient store. There are so many violations, it makes no sense. They have no vape products. They don’t carry products other stores carry (I.e. Topo Chico) The taco stand tortillas are covered in flaky skit. Every visit, there’s long lines & only 1 cashier. The other staff just hauls their cashier till away & never offer assistance. The tire/air system outside doesn’t work. Machine lets air outta tires rather than inflating them. Pumps always have yellow “Out of Service” tape on them. Store employees don’t ever know what’s carried in the stores.

Came in to pick up some beverage for some coworkers this morning 9:17 am . One cashier at the checkout . Waited about 10 mins to check out Rude cashier/ disrespectful , I asked her to ring me in a coffee as my hands were full of items , she told me “ I’m the only one here , you can’t see that ?” First off I corrected her and just asked her to ring in a coffee so I can go make it . Then she tells me I should have just opened my mouth .
