HORRIBLE SERVICE ! Extremely rude people. After being out to lunch more than 2 hours and not returning at the time listed on the door , I walked in ready to rent a truck and she instantly had a NASTY attitude. I would not recommend coming to this one place , and after asking why was she being rude , she says “this is not an ugly attitude , I can get uglier ” MAM, your looks are enough!! The least you could do is be nice ! 0 stars if I could

Went to rent a trailer sign said out for lunch till 1:30 . I waited and at 1:30 still no one opened the door . There was a girl inside she was just looking at me didnt open the door and didnt response to me asking her at what time they opened . That is so dissapointing . ????

Tried to rent a U-Haul truck online. There was a mix up on u-hauls side but im giving the location three stars because the employee was completely clueless to the rental procedure and seemed annoyed that we were asking him questions. If you are going to offer services with u-haul reason dictates that you become educated in the procedures of renting trucks! I ended up canceling my truck rental out of pure frustration. My advice? Find a local company to help you move. Can't make any remarks about the rental of storage as I did not need storage services.

Went to turn in the Uhaul we had and it took the man there 2 hrs just to complete everything then he said the deposit refund didn't go through and had to wait even more. We left and called corporate.
