First, the online service is horrible. After being pass around 8 different times I finally had to go n in person to request a company creditcard. Then when I got the card the name was spelled wrong. I tried to call the branch and waited on line for 50 minutes and finally hung up.

The employees here are very stereotypical, they will assume you don’t have money or not trustworthy if you’re not dressed right. Two trips there two different employees same attitude. No issues with the other Wells Fargo in McAllen or Edinburg. The other bank employees are very welcoming and helpful.. Not this one .. I even got a comment when cashing a check, “I’m not sure if the system will allow me to cash, it depends on your reputation with the bank”. The other issue I just called about..

The manager was extremely rude to my mom and wanted to charge her for a check because “the bank would charge a fee” so we went to the one in mcallen and we waited approx. 5 minutes and her check will now be available tomorrow without any fees. She wanted to make my mom get off to go inside even tho my mom uses the drive thru for a reason which is because she cant put weight on her foot. Extremely rude if i could give zero stars i would.

Trying to open a business account. Have gone twice with an appointment. Business formation created by an attorney and still Wells Fargo can't open the account. New account personnel and branch manager at Mission TX location are clueless and have a horrible attitude. Like they are doing me a favor.

Never answer phones thats unacceptable. I dont want an automated response to this review, just answer your phones that all. Edit: LOL thanks for the automated response? ? instead of fixing the issue....still not answering phones.......would never recommend this bank. UPDATE: atms never work!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even the two new ones they installed. Looking into swtiching banks now because this one is HORRIBLE.

Best bank ever i have been a customer for many years and never had a problem! yesterday i took my 19 year old to open up her first bank account and Paulita took care of us! Explained everything step by step so my daughter can understand and her personality was great! I am reading all the negative comments and reading about how expensive an overdraft is well maybe we need to be a little more responsible with our accounts as for me i am happy with my bank and the service ?

''Its been several days since there is no cash in the one ATM this bank has I don't know what the problem is, early at 9am no cash at the actual bank. '' That was a week ago.Today 4/6/21 again the ATM has no cash available. And will keep updating. The Manager of this bank is not even capable of closing this lane, cars keep forming a line just to waste time. See if you can turn a red light on or put some cone in the lane please, it would be appreciated.

Horrible Customer Service from Management at this Wells Fargo! I deal with big business transactions and they never have money available right away. I took my business to Plains Capital Bank in Mission. What a difference! they have a Notary Service, coin counting machine, exchange pesos, have international wires, deposit boxes, GREAT Customer Service! and most importantly they NEVER have long lines.
