We went for an appointment for a covid vaccine at 7:30 we came in early and the line was soo long they ended up attending us at 8:20 then we still had to wait to get out vaccines which took +30min I believe it’s not the workers fault but they are understaffed. They have the girl at the drive through going back and forth from putting vaccines to helping at the drive through and there is two computers to help at the front but only one person working on one and he has to get everything ready for the vaccines. I will for sure never come back this is also the second time this has happened the first time we had to wait +2 hours and honestly it’s not even the workers fault they just need to hire more people

Not sure if the staff has changed or is under new management but they take forever to answer and the customer service experience is terrible I am not sure where these people were trained but they need to go back and get traindmed properly

Drive is ridiculous. Clerk at window should just give meds and not have the patient wait on drive through. I've seen several times and backs up the line. I had to turn away several yimes due to long lines.

The wait in the drive thru is ridiculous. It should not take 10 to 15 minutes a person to get a prescription. Time to find a new pharmacy.

I am a medical provider who tried to call in a Rx for a patient. After 20 minute of wait, I was able to speak with somebody. This person told me that he would put me on hold an take the medical order. I was on hold for another 10 minutes and then was disconnected. I had to call back only to be put on hold for another 15 minutes. The Rx was finally called taken, but the process toke about 40 minutes. I understand that, due to COVID, things are hectic and I don't expect an immediate response. But 40 minutes and 2 calls just seems excessive.

Had appointment for Covid test to get results less than 24 hrs and I got there and they told me no that the only test they have it take 2-3 days so I was like ok after the end of the day I received a call from Walgreens automated call to let me know my Covid results were ready but didn’t give me the results so I call and the gentlemen. I spoke to was very rude telling me Walgreens don’t call customers…I told him if I didn’t receive have received call I wouldn’t had called to ask about the results very unprofessional last time I’ll ever go to the pharmacy on shary … if you want fast results don’t come to this Walgreens

If I could give negative or zero stars I would, really bad costumer service they have, they should terminate two fat guys with glasses they dont know how to treat people, just stands In the register dont give the right change back, and let ladys work while they just stand in there. Never going to that place again.
