I returned/dropped off three Amazon packages at this location but “magically” only two packages made it back to Amazon. Today I dropped off some packages and one of them the male employees says he doesn’t think it can be returned that way. I told him that’s the way UPS driver delivered to me. He seemed rude about the issue and wanted to be argumentative. This employee always looks sleepy and like doesn’t want to work. No greeting was given either nor thank you.

Management needs to get a better grip on this location. I get it, workforce is in shambles right now, but 2 people on a weekend shift with a line out the door and unable to find my package that was delivered over an hour before? Now I'm waiting till Monday and using up a lunch break to retrieve my package that I should have been able to get today. What's the point in paying for a box to receive packages if they can't find them? Feel bad for the staff

Don't give the USB to the employee there to print in the secret room in the back if you have important data it's very dangerous. and very delayed just printing Three employees are required. it's so funny!?

Where's the owner? A lady behind me asked if she can pick something up and Fernanda was super rude about it that she "had to wait". Then the girl shadowing next to Fernanda asked the veteran girl doing notary if there's a way to save the transaction because the customer was still on hold with someone. Notary girl saved the transaction and we were able to get the line going. Hire more enthusiastic customer service driven individuals. This was the worst experience I've had to witness at this store. It was a domino effect. Bad service like that affects everyone in the store.

Always packed takes for ever, always a big line, Is to small and is always full in the evening. There were more than 15 people inside, most didn't have face masks and were to close to each other.I have also use it for Amazon returns twice and I had have to call Amazon because their returns never show as complete, even after 3 to 4 weeks. Don't recommend it.

Staff are friendly & very helpful!!! You'd get a better rating if you were open later on Saturdays. The stores in McAllen are, so why aren't you?

I agree with the others. I asked the employee at the counter for NOTARY services. Her response: "She doesn't get here til' 12:00pm" 10am right now... WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!
