The clerk was super helpful check in my item right away and sent it off. He was so nice and helpful he saw me lost and bewildered and confirmed it was an ups drop off point.

Driver never showed up and it says "delivered". They either delivered it to the wrong house or they are stealing packages. Already called, they don't care at all. Lost my items, money and time. I will never use UPS again.

UPS Makes it super easy to return items bought on line with clicks of your computers mouse. Just go to your email, click on the retailer who sent you the shipping label, click print my label. Take your item in a shipping box or envelope, and the printed label to your local UPS store. Hand them both items and you are done, takes 1 minute. If you don't have a computer, they have one, you can use. Simply forward the label to them, they look it up and print it for you. There is a very small charge of about $1.60, and that's it. They'll even tape it up for you.
