The clerk was super helpful check in my item right away and sent it off. He was so nice and helpful he saw me lost and bewildered and confirmed it was an ups drop off point.

Driver never showed up and it says "delivered". They either delivered it to the wrong house or they are stealing packages. Already called, they don't care at all. Lost my items, money and time. I will never use UPS again.
