Worse service they have employees just talking about other things and a customer is standing right in front of them and not even a Can I help you. I also kept asking for someone to help me and every time I would asked.......I would get a let me get someone. Mind you I asked three employees!!! Waited over 30 mins so we just decided to leave. This store has to cross train their employees. Everyone always says I’m not from this department and walk away very bad for business. I use to work at a store and I always made sure I knew my departments and products even if I worked in one certain department.

I got a quote from Home Depot for some fencing material a few days ago. I went in yesterday to buy the material at said price at the Mission store on Shary Rd., and they didn’t not want to honor it. The person at the desk and manager “Gil” said “there’s nothing we can do about it” without any explanation as to why. Worse customer experience especially after making many purchases every day there for my remodeling company. The Home Depot on Jackson Rd in McAllen helped me without any hesitation or questions. They honored the price right away.

Worst experience today. I waited over 12 minutes after they kept calling someone to assist me. Then I approached customer service and the young lady pointed at a y’all man and said he’s the one that can help you, so you have to chase down help? Wow, guess we need to get jobs there in order to get serviced. Staff should kindly tell people on their way to area they are going to assist someone that asked for assistance and then they can help them after. You all need to do some serious training for you staff. I will no longer shop their and I will tell all my family and friends of my experience because I’ve given this location several chances and it’s the same every time. Maybe management needs to go and get new ones I think that’s where it starts.

Tool rental employee not truthful. Returned a trimmer and explained to him unit would cease after about 15 mins right out of the box. Employee turned it on successfully for about 2 mins without issue which was never the problem. (By the way unit would shut off on me while actually trimming or putting it to use, not just by squeezing trigger like this employee did geez) When the cashier called him to get his response, he said there was nothing wrong and it was labeled for resale. This is wrong! This new trimmer ceased after the first 15 mins. Then continued to shut off every other 5 mins or so. The manufactures/companies needs to know their trimmers are junk so that they fix the problem and not inconvenience other people.
