**Avoid This Business**
“I AM A BUSINESS OWNER”
The owner claims to be a business professional, but she is dishonest and deceptive. I was given a price for detailing, an oil change, and a window replacement. When I went to pick up my car, it was still filthy, and the window hadn't been replaced. I was charged $500 for an oil change, an air filter, and a cabin filter, and the fuel filter wasn't even changed. When I confronted her about the incomplete work, she claimed I never asked for the fuel filter to be replaced and charged me again for the window. She lacks integrity and respect. Avoid this business at all costs; these people are crooks.

Make sure you read all their bad reviews before even consider it. ELIZABETH the owner was so RUDE and was screaming to me like CRAZY and threatened to call cops as per I went to complain I was being civil and respectful about the work they did on my vehicle she said she was trying to relax on her day off which was Saturday when I went to pick up and was being bothered had got a call from her employee which doesn't matter If she's off or not it is her business I asked her DON'T RAISE YOUR VOICE at me you are not being professional she said i dont have to be my employee does, she didnt want to hear me at all, kept screaming and went inside i know very well what i wanted and that is what she promised of course didnt honor her word she said was a miss communication between us but im 100% sure and know what she said. They were to repair my vehicle in 2 different areas I wanted work to be done right she quoted me $500 when I go pick it up they hadn't touch the smaller area so when told her employee that they were supose to fix the back area too and do little touch ups she was like ok they will fix it right now which i was like are they going finish ans she was yeah all they did was put paint over a scratch which is not what I wanted and that is price she gave me today monday I went to talk to Elizabeth she's like this price was only covering the bigger area was talking way over me told her u don't have to talk me like that I'm not raising my voice but she was just talking over me and yelling. I told her no I did tell u wanted my vehicle fixed right on those 2 areas and then little touch ups which she said yes I'll do it since goinh to have the paint she said would of been way more so told her she should of quoted me different then.she was so rude saying so what u want, want me to take off the paint. She will be all nice when u go talk to her at 1st and gaslight ro get the job but will not own it told me oh yes your truck is gonna look nice and that back part too of course it doesn't wasn't done right. Read all the other bad reviews also there was another customer upset that same day I picked up mine he was complaining to her employee cause they had done something bad to his bmw vehicle he was very upset wasn't leaving they ended up putting vehicle back inside to fix. Read all the other comments has many about her being rude, unprofessional talks over customers and doesn't own it all wants to do is get you out of the place and threatens to call police.
