In my experience with them they get the job done but they are expensive, I’ve only taken it for small things nothing major like brake change, tire rotation.

Been coming here for a while for oil changes and would get small repairs and it was a little expensive but they gained my trust. However, i took my nissan sentra because I was hearing a popping noise when I would turn. We'll I was wrong about this place. I test drove it with a mechanic and everything was driving fine except the little noise every once in a while and I ended up changing the cv axel which was the initial diagnosis and the next day it was not the axel it was the rack and pinion and when they changed they kept it another 2 days because it wasn't ready but now it's a for a faulty transmission sensor that just happened to show up while they had it. Which cost me another $240, which I asked them where they got it (next door) went next door and priced out the exact one which they told me (the parts store) they bought earlier that day for $160 (very shady business practice).So now I finally got my car but it cost me more than $2000. When confronted everyone passing the buck, I don't know that mechanic isn't here we don't know anything. Definitely my whole family and friends will not be going there again. This is my first negative review for anything since I don't like complaining but this was way beyond my expectations.

Bought some Mickey Thompson tires from the shop and had a great experience with them. The only thing that was not great was the fact that one tire was defective and after three months of driving on the tire i find this out. I had to take the tire to Discount Tire to have all tires inspected and they told me one tire was defective and could not be properly balanced. Superior oil express added so much weight to try and balance the tire and disnt tell me when i bought them. I got in contact with the salesmen and he told me since it was almost closing time, he would call me on monday and we agreed that would be fine to try and find a solution. Monday came by with no phone call then tuesday and no phone call either. I called wednesday and spoke someone else this time and they said the manager was out and he would pass the info along so he can call me back later or the next day.....well those days came along with no phone calls. I had to do everything myself and call mickey thonpson to make a warranty claim and discount tire ordered the tire even though i didnt buy the tire from them. Discount tire was in contact with MT and they pro rated my tire and just paid 98$ for the tire with mounting and proper balancing. Long story short, i shouldnt have paid anything and superior should of handled this problem from the beginning and swapped out the bad tire instead of not saying anything. Plus should treat customers a little better with customer service.

I never recommend to this place because I experienced horrible service from them especially from the Mechanic. Few weeks ago i went to this place inorder to fix my AC because of very low cooling. Mechanic told me coolant is full nothing more i can do.Again today i went and unfortunately the same Mechanic told me its because of outside weather i dont understand how come a Mercedes car doesnt cool even after hours . I told him to fill freon gas and everything fixed . So if you have a luxurious car please dont go to this place .

Engine problem, stopped in for a Diagnostic, $125. I was informed that I needed to replace all six spark plugs @ $22 apiece, Ignition coils, set of 6 @$420+ and some type of solenoid part @$195+ plus labor at grand total of $1,300. I was never shown the results of the diagnostic, and only told a "you need this done" "sign here to authorize repairs". I went to another shop. was shown the results diagnostic, only one coil needed replacing got it fixed same day $249.00, car works great. Called to complain, and was told since the diagnostic was correct and the $1,300 invoice as "only a recommendation" and that I shouldn't get my $125 diagnostic refunded.

If you want your oil to be changed, they do that. But that's all they did with me. They said they top off all the fluids and check the air pressure in the tires. I needed air in 1 tire it was very low. I was told to go in and pay. I was watching them at the time and they really didn't do anything. No tire check, no washer check, no new oil. I walked into the desk to pay. She was confused about why I was there they weren't done with the oil change. Had to call out and get the details so I could pay. They just wanted me out of the way, watching them do what I paid for. I guess? That's fine. But what's not fine is the fact they did nothing of what they said they do. No fluid checks. I added almost a half a bottle of windshield fluid when I got home. My tire was still at the same LOW pressure I drove in with. I had to ask the tech why my oil % was still showing 45% and not reset to 100%. Which took him forever to reset. My experience was on the disappointment side of the scale. I do know from my experience I would not suggest this place to anyone and will not come back myself.

$30 dollars for “shop supplies parts”
$125 for diagnosis plus $10 tax and card fees.
$250 to remove it and replace it
SCREW THAT IM GOING ELECTRIC!!!!

The prices are super excessive $621 for 4 brakes and $175 to cut the discs again when at O'reyllis it costs $5 each disc cut, their work is absurd and even more so for a basic truck like a Durango
