Had a very good experience today a new employee by the name of Isai was very helpful to me and went out of his way to solve a problem for me and he didn't even panic under the pressure of the store being busy. Very good employee my new favorite store!!❤️

I don’t understand how they can get away with being as slow as they are in the kitchen. The way they make food with no urgency and there’s a line wrapped around the store is beyond me.

Dumb cashier didn’t let me buy my Smirnoff since my boyfriend didn’t have his ID. I (21) went in with my boyfriend (20) and went to grab ONLY ONE drink for myself, he never once touched anything in the liquor area because we know how it can be seen as AND because simply the drink was for me. My boyfriend didn’t have his wallet on him so there was no way for us to show him his ID, we spent 5-8 min in line because only one cashier was available for me not to get anything but bad and slow service. I never like getting down to gas stations alone due to previous harassments from customers and even employees from STRIPES, especially at night and as full as it was when we went.

First time buying lunch from here. I ordered corn tortilla fajita and beans tacos. They were tasty. Great customer service from ladies preparing food and cashier, which was kind enough to tell me that I was missing a drink because it was part of a lunch special that they were having. Soft drink area needed some assistance. Needed to be cleaned since I think someone spilled their drink. But other than that overall experience was good. Would come back.

Worst customer service. I've been there several times and system is aways down. Today I was in line for 10 minutes or more so me and my kids put our things back where they belong and head out the store then an employee comes out accusing me of stealing something ? before you acuse someone make sure they did take something... never going back that store. And check your cameras so you can see if I stole something. (Stripes on Bryan and expresway 83)

Horrendous customer service! The tacos are disgusting and raw and the food is hard and uncooked and rotten. I told the assistant manager with glasses and she didn’t care. Lol ? this is why you get when you place a stripes right in the middle of ghetto central. Worst service ever. The customer service is so bad !
