Come here for the tacos, leave with someone else’s order given to me. The food staff is great, but the management is very absent while on the job. Rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. I ordered a tortilla with cheese for my toddler who didn’t want beans. I was charged $5.19 for a quesadilla when I only wanted a single cheese. The cashier just told me “it is what it is coded as.” I would have cancelled then, but didn’t notice until reviewing my receipt. No one was willing to recognize this as a mistake and just told me that’s all they could do. Then as I got home, I was given another taco from what I had ordered. When I went back, they gave me the correct order, but the cashier staff didn’t even acknowledge me as I walked in
I recommend taking the extra 2 minutes to drive to another location

Every time I go to get a breakfast taco it looks and smells great but every time I bite it I get eggs shells… seriously ? glad your using real egg but I’ve gone to other stripes and have never had this problem it’s always this one I come back every so often to redeem its self but same results eggshells.. am I paying extra for the shell if so keep it and give me my money back please… so nasty

This is the worst kept stripes I have ever been in. It was out of everything and was filthy. When we walked into the store the was literally no one there and cashier was on her phone. Instead of cleaning and restocking.

Staff, is very unprofessional when brought to her attention the Latin girl behind the counter with the dark glasses was eating a burrito licking her fingers, ignoring me standing right in front of her at the counter, responds "it's just a gas station, It doesn't matter."

Tacos are good. One of the cooks is a rude older lady that talked down to the caucasian male cashier right in front of myself and other customers. Not professional at all on her part. Anyways. What happened to James?? That dude is awesome.

Cashiers are always inexperienced. I paid for $30 gas and $1.89 chips. The guy never turned on the pump after i went back 2X to ask him. I finally put the pump back & asked if there was a problem & he said i had already pumped $1.89 & the rest of the money would be returned to my card. I showed him the receipt & trained him how to read it to where the $1.89 were the chips. I think he turned on a different pump & my card will get charged. I left to pump at the Valero down the street and will check with my bank in the morning.

Went this morning , decided to stop for breakfast plate. Though everything was prepared and what seemed ready to go. I was told by cook that food wasn't ready, this was 10 min. till 5am. That she was by herself and had too many things to do, The young man graveyard, said something similar, I told her if it's too much trouble to forget it after a 5 min conversation, last time I stop there. This is the 2nd time, terrible customer service.

Went in and none of the two cashiers said hello. From what I know, i know that every stripes cashiers are supposed to greet you when you come in.

terrible services , and to top it all off terrible HYGIENE!!!! SAW ONE OF THE STAFF SERVING TACOS, SNEEZE IN HER HAND AND CONTINUE MAKINF THE TACOS. I LEFT THE LINE AFTER THAT.
