Do not purchase a vehicle from Spikes. Lack of communication, they give you the runaround. And if they say you get free car washes anytime you want to close the deal, RUN!! The car wash is always broken down. In the 1 1/2 years we've had our truck we have maybe been able to wash truck 5x. All the other times were wasted trips, wasted gas and time. Bunch of jokers work there.

Very disappointed in the service department! I have been a loyal costumer for over 10 years and constantly buy new vehicles. I went in for my first oil change in my brand new Ford F-150 5.0 2023 they told me it would take 1-2hr, which seemed reasonable since I got there at 9am. I was there for 3 hours and was up next. They then decided to allow appointments in before me. I was here for over 4 hours just for a simple oil. They lack customer service and communication skills. DO NOT COME HERE.

Do not buy any vehicles from Spikes Ford, They lack on communication skills, they scam their own customer and treat everyone with no respect. I was recently fired for no reason and I got discriminated, sexually harassed by managers at work. I refuse to ever purchase a vehicle here.

Very disappointed on the service. There was no misunderstanding in the communication and they kept saying there was. There is no updates on the vehicles process and it's very upsetting that they don't care to communicate to the owner.

I took my Ford F150 STX into Spikes Ford. They had my truck for a month. I got it back and had to leave on a road trip of 500 miles. The total bill was just over $7,100. The wrench icon came back on, the cruise control did not work and the engine light came on and has stayed on. I was asked to bring it back in, but numerous attempts to set an appointment went unanswered. No one in America does thier job. This is the third Ford dealership I have taken my truck to and not one of them fixed my truck. Do not use Spikes Ford or Boggus Ford for ant mechanical work.

Great customer service. Staff making appointment over phone were great. Great treatment when I dropped the truck off for an oil change. Bill was cheaper than the original quote over the phone. My only disappointment was they failed to get rid of a low tire pressure notification. And as much as I hate getting lectures and sales pitches, there was no information shared when I picked my truck up. But I will come back here.

If you can take your vehicle ANYWHERE else - DO SO!!!!!Spikes takes every advantage to rip you off - charge you double or even triple what it should cost!!!I had my car towed there back in Sept. 2022, the cable on my battery needed to be replaced - it took a few days to find one at a junkyard - but they did. They also replaced my battery. Now that battery has gone bad - they are claiming they didn't put the battery in my car that is currently there. SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN FOR A BATTERY THEY SHOULD REPLACE FOR FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If I have NO other option, then I take it to Spikes expecting to be ripped off. Unfortunately at times I don't have the time or ability to get my car to an honest mechanic - so I am stuck with Spikes.PLEASE BE WARNED!!!! THEY WILL CHEAT YOU EVERY CHANCE THEY GET!!!!!

No stars from me for Spikes Ford, had the worst experience buying a 2023 Platinum Expedition Max. I first contacted salesman Carlos De León on Thursday February 2, 2023 at approximately 1:12 pm and advised him that we were interested in a 2023 Platinum Expedition that their website showed they had, he called me back and advised that in fact the vehicle in question was available. After negotiating a final price for the vehicle, I advised Mr. De León that I would finance the purchase through my bank and would get him a check for the amount agreed, and made it clear to him and his "boss" that it would NOT be a cashiers check but a blank check from my bank not to exceed the amount that we had agreed on. On Saturday February 4, 2023 my wife and I met Mr. De León at approximately 10:00 am at Spikes Ford, and we test drove the vehicle and agreed to purchase the vehicle as soon as the check (Not a cashier's check) would arrive in the mail. The check arrived on Sunday February 5, 2023 via FED EX, I texted Mr. De León and advised him that the check had arrived, he asked me to send him a picture of my wife's and my driver's license, and to also send him a picture of the NON CASHIER's CHECK so that he could have everything ready for us for our scheduled purchase and pickup of the vehicle on Monday February 6, 2023 at approximately 11:00 am. We arrived at Spikes Ford at approximately 11:00 am on Monday February 6, 2023 and when Cesar Benavides in finance, called us in to his office to purchase the vehicle, the first words out of his mouth were " I understand you have a CASHIERS CHECK!" I responded "No, that's incorrect, I made it clear to Mr. Carlos De León and he made it clear to his boss that it was NOT a cashier's check" he then said, " Well, we don't accept these types of checks. I then said " so you are not accepting this check, after I was advised by Mr. De León that this type of check, a non cashier's check, would be acceptable and perfectly fine to make the purchase?" Mr. Benavides responded " That's correct, we are NOT accepting this check!" At that point my wife and I could not believe this was happening, Carlos De León, Cesar Benavides and another person in finance who's name I can't remember desperately, unprofessionally and disgustingly attempted to coerce my wife and I to apply for credit through them and then possibly refinance! My wife and I were in awe and appalled at what was happening. When I finally told them that we were taking our check somewhere else, the man who's name I can't remember suddenly appeared humanlike again and said " Okay Okay, let me see what I can do, I'll go talk to my boss!" When he returned from talking to his "boss" he said "Okay, we'll accept the check but your vehicle will not get registered until we get paid!" If it wasn't for the fact that we were already there, we would have walked away and would have never looked back. I asked him what he meant by that and he said that because of previous bad experiences with that type of transaction, that our vehicle wouldn't get registered until they got paid! Their unprofessional and repulsive behavior was unwelcome and intimidating. My wife and I have purchased a total of five new vehicles from Spikes Ford throughout the years, with this one being the only one where we got our own financing. We will never, ever again do business with Spikes Ford, this intimidating, awful and predatory like behavior by these individuals is sure an eye opener, and goes to show you how they could care less about their customers. Let this be a WARNING and a HEADS UP to all you looking to purchase a vehicle where you happen to have your own financing, I hope that no one has to go through what my wife and I went through.Still in disbelief,CP

I arrived here 20 minutes before closing and the service was amazing! I was greeted at my car by Clarissa who welcomed me politely. Inside was very clean and I was offered water, coffee, and fruit by Amanda (I ate an apple). They both were very helpful and ran a great operation. My oil change was quick and the prices were affordable. Will definitely be back!Service: Oil change

Excelente servicio Joe nos atendió de una manera excepcional dando la milla extra aclarando cada duda que teníamos y explicando cada detalle del vehículo haciendo más fácil esto para poder decidir entre el vehículo que compraríamos y sobre todo en ningún momento nos sentimos presionados para decidir o para comprar nos daba espacio para ver y platicar y pode así tomar una decisión informada de lo que realmente queríamos comprar. Hugo nos ayudo con en cuestión de las finanzas un trato muy amable y todo fue muy fluido sin problemas y todas las dudas fueron aclaradas antes de firmar. Erick from accessories nos atendió y explico todo Muy detallado en respecto a los accesorios que se le iban a instalar al vehículo. En general me lleve una muy buena impresión de Spikes Ford muchas gracias por sus servicios y atenciones.

Called ahead for a scheduled appointment they told me at 8:30 am I was here they told me that were backed up on work , after 3 long hours later they tell me they don’t have the oil filter , omg never again they overbooked appointments , anyways if you have the time of the world , this is your place …… if not go somewhere else.Service: Oil change
