Quick Lane center personnel suck! We all waited over 4 hrs to get our vehicles release to us even thou some told the staff of their vehicles being ready! All were working as sloths with the paperwork! Daniel, even told a customer that he don’t understand Spanish and referred the customer to another personnel who on purpose ignored the customer

Daniel has been an absolute angel since the beginning of me going to get my oil changes at Spikes. It's my first vehicle, so I asked a lot of questions, and he gives a descriptive explanation on it all. It's always a joy to see him and conversate as well.

I would go find a better service dealer. Here is my story. My vehicle has 20k miles and started making a loud sound out the front wheel, so I went to the nearest Ford service center and, unfortunately, it was Spikes. I got there around 4 and was told to leave it since it was almost closing time. I had no problem because I did not want to dive it further and damage the vehicle more. The next day, there was not a call. I called and left msg about 4 times and never got a call back. I had to get off of work to go check on my status. I showed up and the vehicle was in the same spot and looked like they were confused as to why it was even there, but was told they did not have a chance to look at it and to wait another day. The next day, I got no call again so I called and this time I finally talked to someone but they acted like they could not hear me and hung up. I called back about an hour later and they finally told me it was being checked and to give them 20 minutes and they would call me back with a diagnostic. I never received a call so I showed up around 430 and my vehicle had not moved since the first day I dropped it off. I was upset and asked for my keys and to talk to the manager. Both employees told me she was gone for the day and guess who walked in and they ran out the back door. I talked to her about what I had gone through and she never apologized or tried to make it right. She just kept making excuses for her department's terrible service. I did not escalate further because, reading the other reviews, no one at this dealership cares for customer service or there would not still be one-star reviews with no outcome.

A huge thank you to Amanda at the Spikes service department. She was a big help. She got the oil change in my bronco out within an hour and she was super friendly. Thank you Amanda!

Always had great customer service here. It's almost always busy so don't expect to be in and out. Just drop off your vehicle and it's alot better that way. They do offer complimentary ride service .

For reference I usually go to hacienda ford quick lane I'm out of there in an hour and a half tops.
Spikes quick lane, I was attended at 9:30 in the morning, my vehicle was done at 4:30pm.
All I got was oil change and tire rotation. That's completely unacceptable.
Both times I've come to this place because it's closer, I end up wasting my time for longer than I should. I leave stressed and frustrated.
This will definitely be my last visit to Spikes in general.

Nothing “QUICK” about their Quick Lane services for a simple oil change. Expect to wait 3 hrs minimum and put up with Rude service writers. Been getting service done here since vehicle was purchased here but nothing has changed at this place. Sad part is that it all starts with management. This here is a reflection of the higher ups. Your wait time will depend how the service writer is feeling at the time they took in your vehicle in.Then have you wait another 30 min after vehicle being done to get you going. Work ethic here is LAME! Maybe management does NOT pay too much attention to the way employees operate the Quick Lane since its a walk across the parking lot and it might just be a little too far. Recommend you find another Quick Lane service center. Im sure it will be much better service and experience.
