Went to drop of my Atlas for service, i was told that they were booked for the whole month. That i needed it to wait for the service manager to come back from vacation so she could set up my appointment. Business can stop when someone goes on vacation, a dealership should be better prepared.

Terrible service. Reception doesn't help at all. Less service. And Freddy Flores, not to mention. Why do they want it if the agency is in disarray? They don't even have workers.

Even though we have on time for services, too much waiting and not good following actions.

They checked the engine light on and couldn't find anything wrong with it after waiting for 6 hours ( only 2 mechanics on duty?) .?
Took it home the engine light came back on, so my friend took it to another friend's mechanic and he put onto his computer engine analysis and found a shorting wriring harness and fixed it in less than hour.
After buying several cars there, He will think twice before buying another one there. ( this happened while I was my neighbor and his 2020 VW Jetta w/ 39k miles )?

Never thought of giving this dealership a second chance since I had bad customer service the first time around.But I'm glad I did. Even though my vehicle was an older model Stephanie took the time in explaining in great detail itemized quote and warranty. She gave me status updates on work being done to vehicle. THANK YOU STEPHANIE for making this experience that MUCH better..

I took my VW Jetta here for a recall, that I was not made aware of at all, and it was fixed that same day. I was told the recall was connected to the EPC light and engine light. Very next day and day after both lights came back on. I called immediately and got my car in on Monday June 24 as instructed. I was under the impression that my car would be looked at the day of the 24th.I called twice and no one answered the call at all. I went in the very next day to ask about my car was told it wouldn't be seen until Thursday and that I would get a call once it got checked and if parts needed to get ordered. I got no call at all. I called on Friday to give benefit of the doubt and again there was no response at all. I called again on Monday the following week and someone finally responded and said they would text my advisor to give me an update on my car and again nothing. I finally went in person on Wednesday and was told that my car WAS seen on Thursday and that they did need to order parts but they wouldn't be in until the following week. So again I waited another week, my car has been at the dealership for 3 weeks now at this point. I messaged the advisor at least twice that week asking about my car and got little response only "I'll get with the parts" and then nothing. I go in person Monday July 15, and finally get my car back. But my lower engine cover is completely missing when it wasn't missing before the service and my epc light and engine light came back on. Terrible customer service, no one picks up calls in the service department, short staffed or not, no updates unless you go in person, they had my car for almost 4 weeks and it seems like nothing got fixed excepts the 2 brackets and bolts that were missing.

The sales team is great and they will help. Their service team needs some improvement. Primarily on returning calls after they have not given you answers about your vehicle for more than two weeks. If you are taking your car for service make sure you have an alternate means of transportation.

Very disappointed with the service department, I booked my appointment online for an oil change and a recall that would take 2-4 hours as per the service advisor. Havnt received a call all about when the vehicle would be finished. I called 3-4 times to check the status and some one named Carlos was suppose to call me back. Here we are at 430pm, Carlos calls me asking when I will pick up my vehicle. I told him I have been calling several times thru out the day, and Carlos lied to me stating he had called. I asked him if the oil change was done and about the recall. Carlos said the recall wasn't done because the recall could take 2-4 hours. I left me vehicle for service at 945am with an online appointment to do both work orders at 11am, so they had enough time to finish both, and Carlos just made excuses. Love my car but the service center needs a real lesson on customer service. The point of booking an appointment is to get all services done listed in the appointment.
