Brought in our fraidy cat and found out we worried pointlessly - they had a separate cat waiting room and skilled technicians that kept him calm - CLEAN PROFESSIONAL CARING - HIGH RECOMMEND!!!

Took my dog as an emergency on July 11th and they referred me elsewhere. I still schedule an appointment on July 15th for a follow up since this was my preferred office and I was still pushed aside. They set up my appointment as
"Walk-in". I waited an 1.5 hours only for them to continue to push our appointment aside and say I still had to wait longer. There has to be a better way to handle appointments at this office, especially if it's urgent. An unscheduled walk-in came in an hour after me and they were seen withing minutes and left quickly. Do not schedule people if you aren't going to follow through with the set appointments. Do not recommend this place for any type of emergency for your babies, take them elsewhere.

There are never appointments for the same day, and if there are they are for two or 3 weeks later, the sad thing is that when I made an appointment for euthanasia, there was immediately one, the next day and it was going to be between patients, what a shame they give it more importance to death, than to heal a life.

I like the Vets and the staff after a couple visits (including getting my cat fixed). I do however have an issue with the website and it's appointment function. Fortunately, my cats health improved no visit needed probably saved me a couple hundred bucks. I still need to schedule a vaccine follow up...you guys paying any attention?

I love this Veterinary hospital. I’ve had my dogs here since puppies and I am very happy with how they are treated. The place is very organized, clean and customer service is great. I really recommend the place.
