I went around a week ago first impression was a very bad smell like sweat there was this one employee with an attitude I think Brenda she was talking loud the manager was all over the place yelling etc do not recommend very expensive 400$ for an iPhone 11 very pathetic and the loud employee was saying nga I felt offended thinking she was telling me racial slurs

El día de ayer fui a la tienda a activar una línea. Observe una situación muy in profesional durante mi compra. Estaba una señora con pelo negro cortito no se si era la encargada pero le estaba gritando a unas de sus empleadas muy feo que hasta nosotros nos sentimos incómodos. Según se la llevo para tras para hablar y empezó a gritar más fuerte que hasta en frente se escuchó hablar mal de las empleadas. A si no es una manera de tratar a la gente. Se vio muy mal al hacer eso especialmente cuando estábamos yo y mi esposo en la tienda. Ay meneras de tratar a la gente poreso no duran los empleados por gente como esa señora. Me da miedo regresar no me vaya gritar a mi también

horrible service and they always overchargeIf they claim something is free they actually already charged you for it. Always ask for a receipt and don't believe it when they say that the printer isn't working!!!

This location over charges when purchasing phones. Walked in for a new phone and I was being charged over 100 for first month Service, activation and phone. When asked what the 100 covered from the rep she got all aggravated and said I didn’t have to buy the phone here! The upsetting part was manager was there and he justified her instead quoting me the correct price. Esta locación sobrecarga cuando conpran celulares!!
