Manager at this location is very rude and does not solve any issues instead goes to the back room and sits. Ignoring the customers. Although the other employees lisa and myra tried their best to help me with my issue.

Very unhappy with this store!I’ve spoken to the manager Mary, employees Lisa and Mayra - I was told to wait for Gilbert from corporate to call me back regarding the issues with the Google Pixel phone and I have yet to get a call back and at this point they won’t answer my calls. It’s been about two weeks! I’ve been to the store several times and keep being told to wait for him to call me. Mary said the store owner would contact me as well but nothing yet. I regret porting my service over, the hotspot does not work, phone is very slow and and service is unreliable. I was told I purchased the most expensive plan and apparently that is not the case as per customer service,Do NOT shop here!

Rep in glasses was extremely rude. Tried to explain how much I paid for a one line and she was charging me double what I had paid for the first one. Told me if I didn’t like it to go look at a different metro store
