I had an extremely terrible experience with Grecia, today around 3:30 pm. She sent me away when I came in and mentioned I would like to get one of the free phones and I'm a new customer. Her lack of empathy and critical thinking were amazing. She said I had to go do it online. I showed her the website where my only option said I needed to complete purchase at the metro location. She insisted I could not get help at the store. She was extremely negative and unfriendly. I had to call Corporate and have a Supervisor speak to her over the phone and finally she probably realized I can't go get a plan without the phone and the free phone I have to get it from the store. If she had considered my situation for one second, it would have occured to her that yes I needed the phone before the plan, I told her I'm a new customer and I needed a phone. Why is she sending away a new customer when she perfectly well knows I can't get the $40 plan before I get the free phone? After she made the process long and difficult, she asked me what pin would I like to use, I provided 4 digits. Lack of communication skills: Never mentioned it was an 8 digit pin, so she repeated the number twice and never told me. When I set up the phone and tried to verify with a 4 pin, of course I locked myself out. More difficulties. I found some little paper where it was written, except I didn't know that was my pin. She told me I could not get the $40 dollar plan at the store, that it was going to be $50 a month. I open my account and realized my next charge was going to be $60. She added insurance to my plan without asking. I had to call customer service, cancel the insurance and fix the plan to the $40 since she was so useless. Rest assured I called Corporate and gave them your name. What an incredibly rude person, no de-escalation skills, communication, empathy, zero willingness to help.

I went to this location yesterday and didnt have the greatest time. The girl working there seemed hesitant with helping me at all. I came in to replace my phone that got water in it a few days ago. When i told her that i got water in my phone and need to replace it she laughed at me. It was not a funny story or situation. Also all of their phones they have now are very bulky and in the end did not want a bulky phone.
