Traveling from Colorado to south Texas and the fan motor broke! Israel was very accommodating to get it taken care off quickly and economically! I highly recommend this place of business!

We paid $500 for timing chain 10/21/20, this past Monday 12/14/20 we took it back due to was messing up, he calls us yesterday to go for it today, which is Thursday 12/17/20, to tell us that he needed to open it up and work on it and that it would take 2-3 weeks, we got upset cause he had our truck for 4 days just to tell us that. all they did was damage the charger connection and put miles on it wasting the 1/2 tank we had, and they stained my back seat with oil, and to top it off my truck smells like beer, and I have pictures to prove it. It is difficult year and for someone to do this just to get paid and do such a horrible job is just not right we trusted that he was good, we even read the reviews and decided to go with him.Like who really has that kind of money to waste during this pandemic.

I wanted to share an experience I had today with Martinez Auto Service, 2508 W Business Highway 83 in Mission. Israel was great to work with and very accommodating. My diesel truck refused to start and I called Israel. The next day he sent a mechanic (Arturo, who said he has worked for Martinez Auto for 23 years) who checked it out and determined it was a weak battery. He said he would take it to his shop and check the battery and bring it back in an hour. About an hour later, Israel called and said the battery was shot and that he replaced it and gave me a very reasonable price and surprisingly little labor.It is so pleasant to find a mechanic that you can trust and who will actually provide a service.
