Aurora, owner of Madrigals flower shop is an amazingly wonderful person and has a beautiful website, unlike many other florists in the area and the prices are affordable. She understands your wishes and addresses any concerns that may arise upon delivery and in my particular case, living out of state and having a wreath delivered to burial services was of immediate concern that they would, in fact, be properly designated to the burial site. Aurora has assured me that she will personally deliver the wreath and furthermore, await until said wreath has been properly placed at service site - this goes beyond the call of duty and anyone's pay grade - what an amazing, pleasant individual and I HIGHLY recommend her to all who reside in and around Mission, TX to consider her floral shop for any of your floral purchases, especially for those whom reside in other states sending flowers, whatever the occasion to family and friends residing in and around Mission, TX!
As an update to my review of October 8, 2024, Aurora of Madrigals Flowers did, in fact, deliver the burial spray in person to assure that it was delivered to the proper burial services site and, to my amazement, also arranged a vase of flowers for the family for their following funeral reception, in hopes of providing them with a little comfort and sympathy.
Once again, Aurora went over and beyond her duties of just arranging florals and basic delivery; she amazes me with her compassion, kindness, and sincere sympathy for all. She is a true gem, a very thoughtful and precious individual that I will hold dear to my heart for a time in need and living afar.
PLEASE, consider Madrigals Flowers for any and all of your florals occasions, I'm certain you will not be disappointed with her services.

Ordered flowers online for delivery to Mission Hospital. Called shop to request a picture of arrangement. The service was quick and the flowers looked beautiful. Spoke to my relative five days later and she said flowers still looked beautiful. I remember "Madrigals" ever since I was a child so I know they've been around forever. A business survives from good service. I'm very pleased and will do service with them in the future. I recommend this flower shop.

The website pictures are not at all what they give you. I paid $73 for the pink and $84 for the white flowers with delivery and fees and got this. I was charged delivery $10 for each arrangement. It was sad to see these in the shape they were since it was for my dad’s funeral. Unfortunately I put the wrong date and they had to deliver them again which was the reason they gave as to why they look this way. After 1 day flowers don’t look this wilted. They charged me a delivery fee again since they had to deliver the second time. I wouldn’t have cared if they looked like what I paid for.

I received excellent service at the drop of a hat. I ordered a last minute arrangement for a Birthday. The florist was professional, courteous and patient. I viewed the photos of options available. I requested a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery. The florist sent a picture for review. I live in Michigan. I wanted to be certain of fresh flower delivery and providing direct business to a local business owner as opposed to online order. The arrangement was ordered on 11/20/2021 morning and delivered the same morning. The experience was positive. My Sister in Law was surprised and pleased with the flowers. She stated the flowers made her weekend more special. Thank you for your professional service. No this is not a paid advertisement, it is a true experience.

I ordered this arrangement before 9 am online, the arrangement was not delivered until almost 1 pm which was fine. The disappointment is the fact that the arrangement looks nothing like the picture online, not even close. This was around 75 dollars total. Very Disappointed in the price & service. The lady then told me that she had actually added more flowers and i just don't see that being possible.Will never buy from this place again!

A really bad service I was trying to order flores to my mother from Dallas TX but the excuse she gave me that the delivery had already left it was too late. I thought you charger extra for delivery. Did not understand but a really bad service you should have said sorry can't assist you any more thanks for nothing anyway.

The flowers were beautiful and were delivered on time. I called to double check that the flowers were delivered and the owners seemed to really care and were pretty passionate about how they definitely delivered on time and how they had 30 years of experience.
