I really do not like doing this but I've had different banks through out my time and I have to say LSNB has been the WORST I've ever had! I do not recommend this bank specially if you have a small business or even a personal account. I've been super cordial with the officer that is in charge of my account (Brisa Gutierrez) and all I've been getting is IGNORED for the past 4 days. We've had to shut down due to a check that has a hold for more than 5 days and they will not return my calls or emails to release the hold. I went even as far as contacting customer service to get to her and still no answer. But what is strange is that I had the same issue with Joanna Rios from the Rio Grande City branch. I ussume that this is LSNB policy to ignore clients. Hope this helps before someone chooses to open an account with LSNB.

Garbage bank! They lock your account for the stupidest reasons. I tried making an online purchase and filling up gas in another state and they lock your debit card. Keep in mind that if this happens during a holiday and it’s an emergency then best of luck to you because they have no one to take your call! They also put severe restrictions on how much funds you transfer from one bank to another and charge insane interest for keeping you money with them.

This is the absolute worst lone start national bank ever. On 8/30/19 their ATM machine ate my paycheck and it took them 11 days to deposit my check. As a result I was charged NSF fees because they lost my check I deposited. The employees never showed an ounce of empathy or concern. I was under financial duress thanks to the incompetence of these people. They have put me through hell and back and continue to charge me for it.

Fast service and they always have the motor bank lanes open. Other banks (i won't mention names) could learn a thing or two from them.
