Had to call them to get an update. They gave me a day that they would finish they called me that day to tell me vehicle was complete. They did a great job and detailed my car too. Will use them again.

It took them ONE MONTH when they said it would take 10 days. Purely stupid excuses. They did not install the front license plate when they charged for the installation through insurance. YADIRA instantly washed her hands when I told her the AC wasn't working. When I went to pick it up, which was supposedly already ready, it took them an hour to give it to me because they forgot to finish something. They are not serious but they are great at making excuses and washing their hands of not doing their full job.

Had them paint the fender flares on my truck and they scratched the front fender had to cancel my reservation where I lost money and they only had any to deduct $98 from what I owe them not right at all and also had bolts missing from my fender flare

I went to j&d collision to fix a huge repair and it was a fabulous job! Extremely happy with the outcome of my paint. My truck is running great definitely going back if I ever need anything done on my vehicle.

They have changed our appointment several times with stupid excuses...and the last thing they said is because they don't have workers for hail damage and my husband told them then do I have to look for another workshop? And they said yes? I think they changed the driver or owner because before we had taken a truck and a car and they worked very well for us... shame about the business... the good thing is that you can publish your experience so they don't waste their time there

I had my Ford explorer fixed, was given a reasonable estimate. There were minor kinks during the repair, however it was resolved appropriately. Ale did a great job in coordinating and facilitating it. Great job. ?

I have always trusted J&D Collision to do any type of work to my personal vehicles and fleet vehicles. Service has been amazing, communication is top notch as well. Hector has always shown his expertise in doing estimates and going above and beyond to deliver the best service and vehicle repairs as possible. My fleet cars are always out at the time he initially states they will be or if there is any sort of inconvenience he makes sure to give me a call to let me know of what is going on with my vehicle. I know exactly what’s is going on at all times to which I truly appreciate. He makes sure any details are taken care of before he I pick up any of the vehicles I leave. Over all, I’d truly recommend J&D for any vehicle repairs because I have nothing but good experiences with them and Mr. Hector as well. He is very knowledgeable with his job and customer service is superb!
