The teller was so rude, Shayleen not sure how her name is spelled, but I walked in to ask about my account that i had deposited money in and it showed I didn't have money so I thought they might have mistaken accounts and when I tried to explain to the lady about it she said “ what's your social “ and i said i had also given my social to the other teller who attended me before and she rudely cut me off and said “ No but i'm the one asking now what's your social “ , perhaps she was having a bad day but if she's the face of IBC bank she should speak nicer.

Good luck trying to resolve any problems encountered at any IBC branch. A sympathetic ear is all they will lend but no help.

The teller was really rude! She made it seemed that I couldn't trust her with my money because she send all my stuff back so I would do my own paper work,(when she had all my info) saying "it's for your money to be secure " isn't my money secure with you guys? The girls name was Adilene should take action with this girl 😒
