Did you know that the need for the service of a Public Insurance Adjuster is implied in your Insurance Policy? Notice its implied, not stated. Insurance Cos do not want you to know you have a right- no, a need- for a PIA to represent your claim.
Why? Because it is the responsibility of the PIA to protect your RIGHTS during the claim process. If no one is protecting your rights, the Carrier can do, say and act however they wish.
