My recent visit (around 7pm)to the convenience store left much to be desired. After purchasing a fountain drink that turned out to be disappointingly flat, I returned to HEB store seeking a replacement. As I waited near an open door near fountain drinks, I observed a female employee sitting near opened door so I asked for assistance. To my dismay, she responded in an unhelpful and dismissive manner, stating that no one else had complained about the drinks all day. Undeterred, I continued to inquire about the issue, only to be met with further rudeness as she informed me that she was on lunch rolling her eyes.Frustrated by this response, I approached the gentlemen at the front desk for help. Fortunately, one of them provided excellent service by promptly addressing the problem and fixing the drink dispenser. (ALL drinks were flat). After finally obtaining my drink, I took a moment to express my dissatisfaction with the female worker, urging her to improve her customer service. However, instead of acknowledging the issue, she defensively claimed she had no problem and justified her behavior by stating she was on lunch.This encounter was not only inconvenient but also highlighted the need for better customer service from certain staff members at the convenience store.

Today at around 7:50am I was doing some shopping at your HEB on N. Conway and 495, and I wanted to use your Rest Room but it was closed for cleaning , the point is that the employee was very Rude with an attitude and refuse to allow me in the Rest Room. Told me to waite 10 min. (Im a 70 year old ). Continue to shop around and after 10 min. decided to go back to use the rest room, but the employee continue with the same attitude , arrogant and inconsiderate. My question to you is: is this necessary ? I Perfectly understand he was doing his job, but as a customer we expect a different way to handle this situation with dignity and Respect. I know I would.

One of the easiest places to fuel up right away. Easy access in an out. Also the customer service is pretty good. I usually go by here on a weekly basis. No restrooms here guys.

Great for quick stops- even when it's super busy... This gas station is well maintained, clean, and always working... Gas prices are competitive... Never have problems with this gas like at some other places... Plus, there's a car wash that you can pay for at the pump...

I cannot say enough wonderful, amazing and out of this world best service compliments for a store that incredibly exceeded my expectations. I called to order several poinsettas for my grandmother, who is on hospice. After sharing my specific requests and recent challenges placing an order for her, since I am 9 hours away. Rachel, the florist manager called other stores to organize my order and even delivered it to my grandmother and texted a photo to my family. I cannot thank her enough personally and professionally for making a lasting impression for my grandmother and Rachel sincerely touched my heart. She is an incredible asset to HEB and I hope they know how good she is. I will become an HEB shopper, wherever I am because her Rachel's above and well beyond customer service! thank you!
