NO STAR!!!Horrible customer service!!! Being a clinician, I can just imagine how my patients go through. Prescription was sent since this morning. No notification from pharmacy that medicine is not available and I drove from my workplace in edinburg all the way to this pharmacy only to be told that it is not available??!!! It is almost 4 pm. At least some decency and courtesy on this pharmacy’s end to notify the customer about the med status so no time, energy, and gas are wasted!!! Especially in this excruciating hot weather!!!Pharmacy tech first states 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait then comes the pharmacist stating med is not available until tomorrow. So if I listened to the pharmacy tech, another 1 1/2 hours wasted?!!!HEB admin: have a process in place and implement it!!!!This is horrible!

I love this H‑E‑B I live on inspiration and I make my trip to shary land because of the selection,service, and great prices!!! Not to mention the samples of food,drinks, and wine!!!!

Watch out for chicken bones. H‑E‑B employees are to lazy to take the bones out on chicken salad. Found several bones ginded in the salad.

Horrible service first were rude and wrong about my insurance coverage.. when I get text meds are ready, i show up next day and was told already put back.. seriously do they think we are just sitting at store waiting for them? Give at least 48 hours to pick up.. now have to sit and wait till they can get ready.. guess we are here for them and not other way around

Honestly if I could give a -5 star I would! it's been such a horrible experience since we moved to mission... this H EB is just bad, they take forever in the pharmacy. we just spent 30 minutes on the drive-through pharmacy waiting for one car in front of us which is absolutely unacceptable and then the curbe side is worse, honestly they don't give you more than half of the items that you asked for.. they've never notify cancelations and you will probably never find out if they refunded the money at allwe are frustrated and have been trying to contact management and they never answer the phone, so there's really nothing to do about a very poor service on one of the H EB's that is supposed to be in the best areas of townpicking up it's really bad they don't give you half of the items they do not notify you by cancelations and you will probably never find out if they refund you the money that you paid on the curbside either way so at this point honestly I'm going back to the HB on fire which is where we use to shop and we don't have any trouble there management socks I try to reach them they never answered the phone so there's really nothing to do about a horrible service in 1 of the best areas of town

HEB cares about the community, the world, and me! I really appreciate ALL the steps HEB has taken over the last year to insure that the ones we love are taken care of. Every Saturday starts with an early trip to HEB. Great prices, high quality food and products, and the best employees. This store cares... PERIODT! This is why they will always be “My HEB!” Love you all!
