I do not think these .... care about bad reviews as they still gettheir pay and keep on being disruptors and upsetting theircustomers without empathy or regard. No manners and no customer service which is a word that doesn't exist in theirhead. Perhaps HEB should just stick to selling groceries.I have referred clients here, either directly or indirectly, and somepeople still sponsor this "pharmacy" out of convenience and Iagree with other reviews that they do charge Medicaid clientsfor some medications especially the OTC. In a normal pharmacy, which this one is not, clients are given the option of purchasingan alternative or more commonly replacing the medication to acovered one; unfortunately, the staff here is "too busy" to takethe time to offer an alternative or contact the physician and worktogether in looking for a covered option. Furthermore, the badcustomer service extends to providers as when calling in aprescription or calling to clarify one this is the 1/100 that willneed further explanation. caveat emptor

Worst pharmacy ever they always try to charge me and my kids even though we have Medicaid. Customer service is horrible too.

This pharmacy notifies me by text and phone call when prescriptions are ready. I can have them delivered or go pick-up at drive through.Saves finding parking place.Very helpful when I have a question.

Pharmacy thinks people are not going to look at what's being given. If a medication says extended release than give it.. Dr is not extended release even if your records say one thing and bottle another.

My father who is 87 years old went to pick up his medication and was denied his much needed medicine because he was not able to enter the correct information on keypad, even though he had his I.D. He is hard of hearing and his sight is failing and became nervous. It is a new procedure at H.E.B. started a few months ago. No one helped him out. This was through the drive up window. Very disappointed, I expect better from H.E.B.

Just had the worst experience with pharmacy. My doctor ordered a certain medication since the 16th of september. I have been calling multiple times for my medication with no luck. Their answer is it will be ready next tuesday. Today they told me the same thing. I was upset because i should have started taking that medication 2 weeks ago.Long story short, out of the bloom she asks me if i wanted to pick up my medication at another HEB PHARMACY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that they had it on shelf!!!!! That just shows you how much pharmacist cares for their patients or clients. I asked her why they didn't give me that option since the begining and her answer was im sorry. I know it was probably my fault for not asking them that, but again pharmacist should know better. Should be an option for 0 stars.

This heb reminds of the kmart before they shut down. 12 registers and only 2 or 3 open with long lines. Substandard and slow cashiers. Managers more interested in saving .money than customer service.
