Overall, my experience here was pretty terrible and I would never be able to recommend this mechanic to another owner. It started with terrible communication, owner even had to apologize for not coming through with his word. Oscar kept saying he would have the car checked, this went on for a week and he never bothered to send me the repair estimate like he promised he would (he kept forgetting every day). I had to call in order to get an update even though he said he would call me to let me know the issues ( i think he only called me once or twice the whole process.) 2nd week comes around, he says he’ll have it ready by Wednesday, but more issues cameup. Apparently the wrong AC compressor was sent to him, took a few more days to get the actual one. A few more issues came around. On the day of the pickup, I actually had to pay $200 dollars more for my car. I couldn’t argue with him cause he never sent me the estimate, told me “look at the estimate I sent you” only to realize he never did send it after looking through his text LOL ( I still had to pay the extra $200) . I live in Rio Grande City, so its 2 hours of driving 1 to go, 1 back , when i get there and I turned it on, the same light I paid to have repaired turned on (it was the driver restraint, seatbelt had to be replaced.) Now it wasn’t going to be ready till the following week. Wasted 2 hours driving for nothing, they didn’t even check there work or made sure it was fine. A couple days later, the following week I picked up my car, finally. On the way home, my car turns off (this has never happened in the 6 years I’ve had the car) on a red light, cars start honking at me. It turned back on, but kept Turning off every time the car slowed down. Oscar said it wasnt his fault (when i told him about the light, he , alright too much of a coincidence to turn off like when it never had in 6 years of owning. So the following days i took my car to the BMW dealership to have some real mechanics look at my car and get to the bottom of the issue. It turns out Euro clinic, broke the hose that connects to the Turbo when they were working on my car explaining why my car started turning off and they also fixed the light because it came on again. Overall this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Can’t trust no mechanics, take your car to the dealership. not worth the gamble. I paid over $1800 for an AC Compressor, wiring a headlight and removing the driver restraint sensor which he didn’t. Never again lol

Oscar Flores is a RIP-OFF & SCAM ARTIST! They will charge 4 to 5 times over the cost of parts and will charge an unbelievable hourly rate of $110.00. BEWARE of this shop located in a pre fab building.THEY ARE NOT EVEN A TEXAS INSPECTION STATION!!! BEWARE.Oscar couldn't even get that license!!!I did not see any BMW certifications of their wall or endorsements by BMW that they specialize in that car brand. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! There are better and less expensive shops in McAllen. Remember, you do not need a BMW special shop to get your car fixed. Those were years ago, not today. If you want to get ripped off, go directly to an authorized BMW repair shop at the dealer. OSCAR IS NOT authorized, certified or endorsed by BMW OR THE STATE OF TEXAS. Absolutely phenomenal work here. I brought in my 1998 v70 volvo and they fixed everything on her like brand new. Will definitely be coming here regularly. Excellent customer service, excellent communication skills, and precise work done here. If you have an issue with how you car is running, they can fix it.
