I want to give a shout out to JEREMY from Espinos in Mission. I had an issue with my lift that I got done at the Elsa location and didn't want to go back there for fear of them messing my truck up more. For months I hesitated to go in after initially reaching out to the mission location, but Jeremy kept reaching out to me offering to help. It took me months to go in but when I was finally fed up with the sounds my truck was making I finally gave in and went in to have it checked out. My truck, after months of dealing with some sound and after going to integrity auto and spending 2,600 dollars on a noise that didn't go away, my truck was finally fixed. If it wasn't for him and the mechanic I would've taken off my lift thinking I just didn't want to deal with the endless issues. I could not thank Jeremy enough and the mechanic as well. Truly God sent.

Jeremy was good. BUT the rest of the experience is a nightmare. I bought all 4 of brakes and all I needed them was to change them out. Firstly, I waiting about 4 hours for them to install them and when I left my brakes sounded worse then before I got them changed. I contacted Jeremy again he told me to come by so I had to travel from Donna,tx back to Mission, tx a 2nd time again I waiting about 3-4 hours for them just to recheck them. After I left I tested them out the rest of the day and not good. I Sent Jeremy a video of my brakes sounded like a banshee it was even worse...so here I go again a 3rd time driving back to mission Texas hoping for the best...they ended up tell me there was some steel shedding from the previous one that was there and they cleaned it out and it should be good...so I left again and still till this day now my back brakes are grinding and my front brakes are still squeaking...I won't be traveling a 4th time for the same result...seems I may have to be paying someone else to get the job done correctly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND taking your vehicle here for anything, maybe the pharr location is better but the mission one is NOT GOOD!!! Except for Jeremy

?‼️‼️❌❌❌❌??‼️If it had an option of not putting a start I would definitely not put anything on it !!!!!!! This is the Worst place to purchase tires!!!!!!! Do not even consider it. Tires are cheap. And the old man and lady are really rude. We purchased tires with them thru credit so we’re paying monthly $160 for them. A week later the tire had a tear and when we went back to get it fixed because they supposedly said we had a “year free of tire service”, they turned us down as soon as we got there , they said we needed prove that we bought it there & Since we had misplaced the receipt, they said they couldn’t look it up in there system and made the excuse of “how were there sure we had bought them there!” To my surprise because I was sure the lady had remembered my husband because at the time of the purchase she was not letting us go and being friendly and nice until she convinced us to buy, but now she says she doesn’t remember our faces. I suggest that you go to someone else that has better modern systems for your purchases because accidents of loosing receipts do happen. And these people will just give you attitude about why it’s only your fault and even scream at you telling you to get out!!! They were real unprofessional and had no class towards the client. They don’t care or even consider the fact that you are paying monthly. All they care is if you have a receipt or not if not they won’t help you out. So now we’re stuck with cheap tires till we pay them off if not the credit will be messed up !!!!!!!!!! Avoid purchasing anything from them even if it costs less than other places it’s not worth it !!!!❌❌??????

My husband went in because the weights on the new rims/tires we got HERE fell off, we dont even have a month with them and they wont do anything supposedly we didn’t buy them there and we showed proof and the lady just says she doesn’t remember.

Very bad experience, not knowledgeable to newer vehicles or fitment. They go off books not computers so really what she looks for is the bolt pattern only. They also take a longer time to install any wheels. And of course payment first and if it doesn't fit, its already yours. No customer service at all. Nice people but not good business.

I do not advise anyone to go to this place, they are pure irresponsible people. I bought some trailer tires, they had balls on the tires and I took them, they were not even a month old and according to her, they had a warranty. They just told me to leave the tires there and They were going to send and I never received a call after dialing them to ask what had happened, they just thought they were going to ask and nothing.....and apart from very bad service
