Great people that go beyond what you expect. I was in need of a 15-passenger van and had a hard time trying to get Pablo Campos, which made this happen while other rental places would or could not. I can tell from this and other experiences with Pablo that this is a great person and an asset to Enterprise Car rental. ? all around has great people who CARE about my needs when it comes to car rental. Pablo Ontiveros attended me at the counter and finished off my experience with it being an experience that keeps me an Enterprise customer. Thank you, Pablo C. and Pablo O. For making my experience a pleasant one.

Horrible experience at this location and the Pharr location. First, they put me in a rental than my insurance wouldnt cover because thats "all they had" so I had to pay out of pocket. How is it my fault thats all they had and why couldnt they contact other branches before bringing me the suv. Second, after calling several branches to look for a car that my insurance would cover, they sent me to Mission. I had made an appointment over the phone saying I would be there at 2:30 and they said they wpuld have a car ready for me when I got there. When I got there a very rude man told me I needes to go to the Pharr location after they told me to go there. I explained my situation and he said "I have just the car for you". Well he gave me a car with a dead battery. I made it back to work and as soon as I get out of work to go home the car no longer turns on. It is unacceptable what I had to go through today. I was not asking for a special car or anything like that. Just something to get me to work and back while my car gets repaired.

Fast, friendly customer service from Alyssa. First time renting a vehicle and it was an amazing experience. We loved the Toyota Camry. Highly recommended.

A few months ago I ran into a situation where I needed a major credit card to get my rental and since it was at the airport, they don't give you another option. When I reached out to Customer Care, they basically said it was the discretion of the manager if they would allow me to use a debit card. Even though the attending agent was giving me a hard time the manager allowed me to use my debit card. I have since rented from this location three additional times. Because, even though sometimes the prices may be higher from other rental companies I show them loyalty at this location because of their management, their willingness to work with me. I don't know how this was running a few years ago, but I can only express my opinion on my experiences, and each time that I have gone, I always get a friendly smile. But more importantly, they go above and beyond to make the customer happy...I'm headed there now. If anything changes trust me my review will change! Well I spoke to soon because here I am waiting for an hour to get a vehicle after I had ran into an issue and needed to come back and they rented out my car that they had for me because they didn't communicate with each other.

They lack basic communication skills, poor knowledge of their own policies, no consideration whatsoever of their customers’ time and low quality customer service. I called to ask about the requirements to rent a car, after I was told I had everything over the phone, I went to rent it, and turns out the card I have is “useless”. I then ask what kind of card they wanted, they said one with my name literally printed on it. So I went all around town trying to find a bank that could print my name on the card, once I finally got it and payed for it, enterprise “messed up” and “apologized for the misinformation” but the card they actually needed was credit even after I was told a debit one was just fine as long as my name was printed on it. To anyone who’s reading this, I advise you to make a list of a considerable amount of questions to ask before you consider renting with them, cause they won’t give you the needed information on the first encounter, they’ll make you waste your time talking to different employees on different schedules on different days and they all will give you a different answer. Or go to a different rental car company, I’ve called to multiple ones already and they give the info at the spot on a single call. No need to be driving around town for days.

I was never able to get my phone call answered even tho I was told to call before going to drop of my car for repairs. The owner of the shop had to call an employee directly and even he had trouble getting thru too. Had to wait for 30mins at the repair shop to get picked up and taken to the location and wait another 40 mins to get a car when I was told a car would be ready for me at the repair shop.

Even though the customer service is very "nice". A lot of them are misinformed about the customers responsibility. I was told that I could leave the rental car at the shop and that would be the end. After calling back I'll talk to a different representative I was told it that is not true and that I would be responsible in case anything happened after I drop the car off at the repair shop and on the way to the Enterprise location that is roughly 7 miles away, even though it would be driving it and not me. Put a real bad taste in my mouth about this company. Especially after the representative brought up the contract as a way of trying to shut me down for asking questions.
