I've been here for 3 in a half hours !! All I came for was to patch up my tire. Cars that came before me are already done . And that's that I came before them. All the workers are acting dumb walking around pretending to work! They haven't even started on my car . It's been a long day I was cutting yards im frustrated I haven't showered , nor ate . This is the worst discount tire I've ever been to. I would not be coming here again . I wouldn't recommend this discount tire at all. They are so slow .

They took over 3 hours for a tire replacement. My palmhurst area is always to go but that day they had no light. So i had to come over here told me by a certain hour and nothing yet

I had an appointment for rotation and two punctured tires. They only did the rotation and disregarded the puncture although they wrote it down to check it out.

Edinburg store on interstate is different from other discount tire locations due to the fact that they have poor customer service I spoke with manager Adrian in regards to a tire inquiry he was rude and unprofessional would like to report this issue since it's very unlike discount tire's way of doing business

Showed me why couldn't fix my one soft tire; then explained age, wear and year of all tires. Bought 4 new tires and in an hour was safely on my way.

Just had tires rotated. Very impressed with every staff member I came in contact with. Very friendly and very professional. I only get tires at Discount Tires because of that. Great job!!

I want to first thank Ruben for addressing our situation professionally and providing a resolution. I typically buy tires at Costco because of the warranty and roadside assistance and free tire repair. I was price shopping when I decided to buy tires in Sept and the rep that assisted me at the time took the time to explain the warranty discount tires had to offer and assured me I was receiving a better quality of tire than what I was going to buy at Costco. I decided to give Discount Tire a try. It is now beginning of March (6 months later) and very few miles are put on this car as my son drives to and from work and school and the thread was very low. I had my son take the car in as we had the warranty and to my surprise the agent that sold me the service and with “better tires and more coverage” did not include the warranty. There was no confusion on my end the young man took the time to explain the warranty and gave my son the information to put in his glove box and made sure we were not spending more than what I would at Costco and was getting better coverage and tires. Ruben was able to make the matter right and added coverage for us which we did have to pay for since it wasn’t previously added and he got the two front tires replaced at no cost. Ruben took the time to listen and make matters right and also made me feel like despite the mistake I can trust doing business with Discount Tires. I truly believe the error was a clerical error. We are all human and make mistakes. I appreciate the fact that Ruben and his management team and I will continue to have trust in your company and workmanship. We also appreciate your recommendation for alignment as the vehicle drives so much better!
