My mother and I picked up 4 toothpaste to purchase and as we were in our way to pay a cashier named Joseph told us we couldn’t “coupon” after 6 pm that it was a new rule set in place to have the store more “organized” as “couponers” always leave a bunch of things lying around. We were told we could not use our extrabucks and we could not buy items that make us receive extrabucks. As I was paying for my transaction it got voided in the self checkout out and then my receipt printed so it did go through. Then my mom was trying to pay for her toothpaste and was being told she couldn’t because she was gonna receive extrabucks. And that she could not use her extrabucks because it was past 6pm. So she had to pay from her own money even though she had 20$ in extrabucks in her acct. Terrible experience.

Worse customer service. I went today just to pick up diapers and was having a hard time with my toddler n the cashier BRENDA was of no help making it difficult for me just to pick up some diapers. Do not come to this store!!!!Doesnt even diserve a one star

Worst Experience ever! I pay for a monthly CVS Rewards program but I was told that I cannot use use my rewards at any time I want. I have to use my rewards or coupons during the times that CVS tells me I can go to use my rewards or coupons. I was followed around the store by CVS employees, CVS employees listened in on my conversation with family regarding items that we were shopping for. I was told that family cannot shop together at CVS and if the CVS employees witness family shopping we cannot use our rewards or coupons(Rewards that we pay for). The employee saw I was upset and stated “You can blame this on the couponers”. I am not a couponer and my respect for those who are but I just wanted to purchase some toothpaste and detergent and maybe use the rewards I pay for in my purchase. Folks that like to coupon are not doing anything against the law. People that coupon are following the rules and using the tools they have to get their discounts. It saddens me more than anything because I would hate to think that other folks are treated this way.

Disgustingly dirty bathrooms, took 3 visits and still couldn't get my prescription right, bought juice there and the next day realized it had expired 6 months prior. This is supposed to be a place that keeps you healthy and instead, they sell expired products provide German ridden, dirty bathrooms and can't get prescriptions right. Will not be back!

Horrible!!!!! Never fills the meds you need, they tell you a day and don't have it ready, keep changing the date of arrival, I truly believe they do everything possible to not fill your meds! I have come about 4 different times and they have not been able to give me the meds, they always have excuses, they lose the prescriptions, I constantly have to be calling the dr office for them! This is ridiculous! Since October 27 I have been waiting for this medication! And the one I got before the 27th they filled it with the wrong dose! Please spare the headache with this pharmacy! And most importantly if you care for your health, do not waste you time with this pharmacy! I am super dissapointed! Y'all are supposed to help people!!

This is the most (HORRIBLE) Pharmacy I have ever had to deal with..Every month,and I do mean every month, I have to go with out certain medications for up to a week,because they failed to order my medication. They know that EVERY MONTH I have refills and the medication that I have to take is very harmful to me if I don't take them.I have actually became suicidal and so depressed that I'm unable to even get out of my bed.ive had discussed this very issue with each one of the employees including management and I'm always promised it won't happen again..I've even been told if I don't like it, call my doctor and have it sent somewhere else..my doctor is almost next to impossible to get a hold of and is a 45 minute drive one way.im an elderly lady on ssi and money is very slim.I truly would sue this pharmacy for what they have put me through..GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS PLACE...

Parking lot lights are always off at night. They want you to think they are closed. I went and damaged My bumper while going in. This is dangerous. Only light showing is light from front door. I told the associate inside and she just said "oh yeah it's scary." They need to protect staff and customers. Please stop trying to save money and turn on the parking lot lights while the store is still open.

Bad customer service. Didn’t bother to explain why I was paying so much for my prescription. I asked for a generic version and they told me “no we don’t have that.” No further explanation, no offer or even mention of ordering it for me (didn’t even find out they could do that until calling customer service). Nothing. I know my Dr. asked for the generic version since that’s all I’ve ever taken, and instead of just admitting they didn’t have it in stock they filled my prescription with an expensive version and made me pay for it. One of the employees even said “if you have a concern about the price talk to your insurance” in a super monotone/condescending tone and walked away. I’m extremely upset with the way I was treated. I’ve literally never been blown off and treated as rudely as I was today. And yet I saw one of them be extra polite to an older white lady he knew by name, so I guess her money must be better than mine. I wish my insurance didn’t make me go to CVS. Walgreens is a million times better and more professional. Stay away from this location!

I was there about 30 min ago, an Instacart order was cancelled so I came back to return product as adviced by Instacart, there was this lady (dark hair) very unpleasant she clearly saw me come in, and kept taking her time to train a guy who was there. Take your time who cares that Im standing here! Kept talking to him chill chat for who knows how long, super rude. She did the return but I wanted to say, not only she really gave an annoying experience at this location, but the Manager seemed like he had no clue. If Instacart requests a return, Im providing the card that was used and that's enough to make the return. He made sure he told me next time I needed a receipt cause he has to respond for losses, do I care that you have to respond for losses? A customer cares that you respond for the service, and do what you gotta do, you are not doing me a favor sir. It seemed unprofessional, becase the return is not for me. Even if it was, if a customer brings a card, you could honor a return. Just unpleasant. These people need a class on Customer Care.

This store is crazy to shop at. Couponers take the whole store while the store manager dosent do nothing about it staff let them hoard it all I think they are doing some type of coupon fraud with the machine because they never pay anything out of pocket .I believe the store should have limits we all should have a right to get the deal not just their favorite customers i believe there is alot of favortism amongst the staff with the customers this lady even told me that they gave them specially for her. Im going to contact corporate about this situation
