Very filthy in the store the products are not available, or simply the employee Rosa does not want to help the customers, she is so rude to the customers especially to the elderly, I was in the store and an elderly lady told her yes Could I please charge her since she did not know how to use the ATM or the ATM, and the Employee Rosa answered No, ma'am. You have to pay alone here, we do not have permission to charge, that's what the cash register was for so that the clients would not have to do anything. questions, anyway the lady customer left without her products because the Employee Pink Employee did not want to help her, after the lady left, she started talking about the clients together with another employee, a fat man, he was saying bad words, which to stop They want things from CVS if they don't know how it works and they better go to HEB and if they have cashiers. That pink employee is always rude. I don't know how she works there if she doesn't like doing her job. It's because of the clients that she has work, and then she doesn't leave any product for the clients. She saves the shampoo and then says there's no more. .

WARNING WARNING AND HEED IT, Also Look at the 1 star rating at the corporate level in Rhode Island, How do they stay open??
Do not sign up for the care pass , for $5 a month.
1) when you try to cancel they refuse to cancel without a big argument , they try to squeeze you for information , card number, address, etc... information they dont need, all they need is the phone number when you signed up.
2) You pay $5 get $5 but their mark up is ridiculously high, cheaper at any other store or Walmart, so you really get nothing back.
3) they are always out of stock, no product to buy on sale or dont stock it until the ad is over.
4) Untrained staff

CVS location: 2300 N Conway Ave
Mission, TX 78574. Was directed by pharmacy that I needed to ask my questions about a product not being in stock to the retail part of CVS. After searching the whole store for an employee, no one was there. I went back to pharmacy who had to call someone twice ove intercom to come to front of store.
The customer service representative was Rosa. I tried to ask her information in English and she said she could not speak to me in English. I asked her to call me someone who could or her Supervisor and she said, "No." I said, "then I will call, you can tell me the number in Spanish." She again said, "No." She understood everything I was saying to answer me with a resounding, "No." Then, leave.
I was completely refused service and wasn't given a viable option at this location. Even when I was saying I will contact this person myself.
I have never been given this kind of treatment at a CVS. It was direct refusal to provide customer service because I spoke English? Discrimination at its best.
I feel bad for my parents who are elderly and may have experienced this treatment here in the past. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

My mother and I picked up 4 toothpaste to purchase and as we were in our way to pay a cashier named Joseph told us we couldn’t “coupon” after 6 pm that it was a new rule set in place to have the store more “organized” as “couponers” always leave a bunch of things lying around. We were told we could not use our extrabucks and we could not buy items that make us receive extrabucks. As I was paying for my transaction it got voided in the self checkout out and then my receipt printed so it did go through. Then my mom was trying to pay for her toothpaste and was being told she couldn’t because she was gonna receive extrabucks. And that she could not use her extrabucks because it was past 6pm. So she had to pay from her own money even though she had 20$ in extrabucks in her acct. Terrible experience.

HORRIBLE COVID TESTING!
They did something wrong with my information, I was never allowed to get my results, I called the MinuteClinic, they asked for my ID, and nothing yet! ??♀️

Worse customer service. I went today just to pick up diapers and was having a hard time with my toddler n the cashier BRENDA was of no help making it difficult for me just to pick up some diapers. Do not come to this store!!!!Doesnt even diserve a one star

Worst Experience ever! I pay for a monthly CVS Rewards program but I was told that I cannot use use my rewards at any time I want. I have to use my rewards or coupons during the times that CVS tells me I can go to use my rewards or coupons. I was followed around the store by CVS employees, CVS employees listened in on my conversation with family regarding items that we were shopping for. I was told that family cannot shop together at CVS and if the CVS employees witness family shopping we cannot use our rewards or coupons(Rewards that we pay for). The employee saw I was upset and stated “You can blame this on the couponers”. I am not a couponer and my respect for those who are but I just wanted to purchase some toothpaste and detergent and maybe use the rewards I pay for in my purchase. Folks that like to coupon are not doing anything against the law. People that coupon are following the rules and using the tools they have to get their discounts. It saddens me more than anything because I would hate to think that other folks are treated this way.

Disgustingly dirty bathrooms, took 3 visits and still couldn't get my prescription right, bought juice there and the next day realized it had expired 6 months prior. This is supposed to be a place that keeps you healthy and instead, they sell expired products provide German ridden, dirty bathrooms and can't get prescriptions right. Will not be back!
