The “manager “ was super rude she was on the phone trying to fix her phone & blamed us for mistakes she made because she was mad that they didnt want to wait “10min for her because she was at work” , she didnt want to help because she was more focused on her phone as we where walking out she said “mam wait it’s because i was dealing with a rude customer “ even after we where patient because she was doing 2 things at a time. earlier before we came back she stated a whole story how shes on the run and has warrants and was mad because life wasnt going her way , & proceeded to say i been a manager for 6 months i make no mistakes when she was mad.
